I booked a flat for $5758. Unfortunately, my reservation was later canceled with the explanation that the flat had been sold out. Upon checking my refund, I found that I was refunded $500 less than the original amount I paid. I have reached out multiple times to resolve this issue, but I have been advised that it is not their responsibility and that I should check with my bank. This has resulted in a financial loss for me, and I am unable to make another reservation due to the 7-day processing time for the refund.

If I could give negative stars

If I could give negative stars, I would. I'm forced to give one star. Avarax bikes took our money and disappeared with Indiegogo's support. Complaints fall on deaf ears at Indiegogo while "support" from Indiegogo are canned robot responses and "shares in your disappointment" of the money you lost. ZERO accountability on Indiegogo's part. ZERO help. ZERO support for backers. I will NEVER EVER crowd source with Indiegogo again and encourage all others to find another platform.

Facebook is such wrongly-made that wants either a notification to my broken phone or a code from the authenticator app from my broken phone to login in my new phone. Really? So what's about when a person broke his phone?! He cannot ever login again in his account? How is this way even conceivable???I have my phone number setup why can't I use that? It's even my login username!!! What's the f*** is going on

POOR SERVICE!

Ordered a product from them as I paid for Prime and it said would be delivered next day which is today. Now it is saying not coming until tomorrow! Bit late and useless to me now as I am leaving on holiday trip early in morning and now I don't have item I needed! Why am I even paying for Prime???? Absolute joke!!! Won't trust them again!

I have had the worst experience with wayfair, I was approved for financing and when I went to checkout it doesn't allow you to use it. Customer service was horrible and thought they were going to yell at me, only to tell me they can't fix the issue so I can wait a week and try again. Smh! This is just been horrible.

I ordered a rug on 12-4-24

I ordered a rug on 12-4-24. It did not appear on Wayfair app but my credit card was charged. I reached out to Wayfair chat customer service many times. It kept switching reps and I had to start my inquiry over each time. The messages were robotic. They kept saying it was delivered. I tried calling the customer service number the last rep provided 877-929-3247 and it kept disconnecting. I googled other numbers to call and finally connected with a live agent, Kayla who told me the order wasn’t shipped yet because of delays. I tried to cancel but she said it was too late and I’d have to pay a shipping charge if I ever received it. In the meantime I ordered another rug from Amazon with 3 days expected delivery. Do not order from Wayfair. It is a very deceptive company and very frustrating to speak with someone live and impossible to resolve issues.I received the rug on 12-12, after I wrote this review. The rug is fine except it was sent roll up( the only way it could) and the sides are curling up. I’ll try ironing it with a light towel and low heat to flatten it out. The issue was resolved but I’m still upset with the lack of accurate communications at customer service chat.

I don't know how this company stays in business

I don't know how this company stays in business, we've had a POS system for years and recently had to change bank accounts, so we're trying to update Bank info and we have provided everything they've requested, letter from bank on Bank letterhead and an actual check with our name upper left hand corner and still not good enough. This is been going on for weeks and they're saying we can't update the information on the terminal itself.

Asos has scammed me out of 300 euros. They have consistently stalled giving me a refund on an order I have NEVER received. Every time I contact customer support they give me a new date for the refund. They also claimed I would be contacted by a manager which never happened. This is a company that blatantly takes your money without delivering BEWARE.

Getting the run around - cannot find contact HQ Address for CEO!Does anyone have an HQ address where I can write to the CHASE CEO directly??I am British and have a CHASE USA bank account in Mesa, Arizona.CHASE are sending my bank statements to an old address.Chase (UK) cannot help, despite asking me to call them THREE TIMES -only to be told they cannot help me. My bank statements come from the UK!!!!!!!.I phoned my Chase branch in Mesa (AZ) who referred me to customer services and said they'd follow up - but my subsequent emails are now being ignored by the branch manager. Customer Services are NO HELP whatsoever. I confirmed all info with their security questions but now they want a US Social Security number - which I dont have - and never have had! The Customer Services chap then referred me back to the Branch (who previously told me that the Branch could not action this) - though I have no idea why. The branch changed my address before when I called in.I need a contact address for the CEO Jamie Dimon, is anyone able to help??Hopefully CHASE in the USA will reach out and fix this issue ASAP.This IS a security issue for sure, but they're not interested in helping me!

Don't try to cancel from this company…

Don't try to cancel from this company because you can't even do it from within the product. They make you ask about 6 different questions before it says you can't do it and need to contact support. Then when they finally respond to your support ticket, they'll blame you for going over your billing period and are 'doing you a favour by cancelling it'. What a joke, stay well clear.
