Review of amazon
I signed up for a free subscription from the movie service DZN. I proceeded to cancel the free subscription and Amazon automatically signed me up for a year and charged me. I had to call them to get a refund and they did refund me but that shouldn’t have happened. Their system is known to be rigged to pull sneaky moves such as that according to journalist articles I’ve read pertaining to that issue. Also, I ordered some Carhart pants from Amazon for a family member, and they didn’t fit the said family member. So I returned the pants and got a bigger size. They claimed I didn’t return the pants, when I in fact did and charged me 84 dollars despite the fact that I did return the item. Again, I had to call them and they said they would refund me after charging me, but more than a week after they told me they would refund me I still haven’t seen the 84 dollars. I would recommend shopping with a company you trust because Amazon can’t be trusted. I also ordered a play station two that was advertised as being a real ps2 and they sent me this counterfeit version of a ps2 that was not a real ps2 system. Amazon is a manipulative company. They make billions of dollars and yet still feel the need to try and rip people off. Stay away from Amazon people.
Review of xero
I’ve been a loyal Xero customer for a long time, and I genuinely like the software. But lately, they’ve been increasing the monthly fees to a point that feels completely unreasonable. What started as small increases has grown into a regular habit of gouging customers. It’s hard not to feel like loyalty means nothing to them. And then there’s the support—or lack thereof. In September, Xero’s bank feed failed to record a single transaction from OCBC, despite a considerable number being made. I only discovered the issue in November. When I contacted Xero, they asked me to reconnect the feed, which I did. But when I asked for help reconciling the missing September transactions, they outright refused. No support, no solutions—just a resounding “No.”Xero may boast about being a time-saving tool, but between the rising costs and the unhelpful customer service, I’m spending more time and money than ever. I’m actively looking for another accounting package that values its customers and delivers the support we’re paying for.
Review of ubisoft
I sent the requested documents for weeks, and after each reply I was followed up by someone else who didn't read anything back, only to be asked again for new screenshots. In the end they closed it down to start all over again. This is the worst support in the world!

Review of freshdesk
Freshdesk is amazing! We've been using it for a while now and have had no regrets with it. All of our Agents have been enjoying how easily it all works together and enjoy seeing the leaderboard to see where they place. The Customer Service is top-notch and very quick to answer any and all questions that we may have. Thank you all very much for this amazing product!

Review of outlook
This is unacceptable this company locks you out of your email no warning ask alot of safety questions and still keeps you out of your email this is the 2nd time this company has done this an I have no idea why or what they are doing with all my years of information an pictures I don't reccomend hotmail you have it for years and then one day you can no longer use it so unless you want to start all over and try to remember all that's lost dont bother wont even be able to get into the email to transfer all your business to a new email it's a nightmare an it happens to much this tactic should be investigated.
Review of garmin
So bought my venu as I love fitness had a fitbit which needed updated. Love the look of the watch but had it 2 month and it was saying I had 10/12 hours sleep which I really don't but if your sitting watching a movie it puts you down as asleep, I also work on a busy hospital ward doing 13 hour shifts on my feet other than 2 x half hour breaks yet will only say I've done around 6k steps??. It also says over night my body battery charges to 5% so sent all info back to garmin and raised these issues but really struggle to get in touch with anyone still not sorted nearly a year on. Now my watch has started to to drain battery in 2 days so tried to contact them via email a week ago and on messenger 3 days ago to no reply so my watch is going back to argos as its within a year of buying it as GARMIN customer service is non existant so I reccomend if you have £360 to throw away put it to better use. I don't have that luxury and will be going with a different brand
Review of fineartamerica
Experience was horrible. Picture showed up blurry. When notifying customer service, they did not see that it was "defective". I have already spent over $50 for shipping and will not spend another $50-$60 just to return the $140 item. Will not shop with them again!

Review of channel4
Just a note of approval for C4 picking up this series and screening it for a wider audience after it was available earlier for a more limited audience via Amazon Prime and Starz. I hope audiences have justified it, and it's more the pity that the American producers decided against a second series.
Review of capterra
If you're looking for software for whatever needs you have, Capterra is a great tool to use for exactly that. Also, for people who want to review software that they've used, Capterra often gives cash for the reviews that are published.
Review of bedbathandbeyond
I used to shop there a lot. Lately I shop at Target and Amazon. Why? I can get the exact same products there for a lot less Further, their website is clunky compared to other retailers. Slow. Finding a salesperson in the floor is a treasure hunt that comes up empty.Everyone knows their stuff is considerably overpriced. Coincidentally with their coupons, about 20%.Bed Bath is going to war with Target? They are not going to do well by having a sale on sheets and $6 hand towels, while Target sells 10 for $5.Target has transformed itself. Competitive prices and broader merchandise.Reality says Bed Bath needs to lower prices on everything to compete. Their prices can’t go beyond reality.POSITIVEIt is a beautiful store. And if I could find anyone to help me,And if the website was improved, and if the prices went down 20%, I might go back or order online. Might.
Review of zara
If wish I could give less than 1 star! Bought items in March, øve rhalf of the items did not fit so I've returned them. Still waiting to receive the money! When I check on Royal Mail website it says that has not been delivered yet. However Zara said that they have received non Zara items. How is that possible? I can't contact Royal Mail myself because the label has been generated by Zara. Customer support is useless! Now I am over £300 short. And it is not even like return is free. You need to pay for this poor service! If you go online you find a lot of people with the same problem. What a scam!!!
Review of zara
Zara has horrible customer service and morals. The only two items in my order were damaged so I returned, but they refused to reimburse the mandatory shipping fees that they charge. If it was because my own dislike, absolutely fine, but they clearly don’t stand behind their quality when they think it’s ok to pocket original shipping costs for damaged items that I couldn’t keep!
Review of logitech
What a dysfunctional, useless support service. Had a warranty claim for a £47 headset (nine months in), so tried registering on their website - and got 'page not found' errors. (One of the two main support links on their website goes to 'page not found', which tells you how much they care about follow-up support!)Rang their call centre (which required me to call an overseas number from the UK!), and after spending 15mins taking my details over a very poor-quality line, the agent told me she couldn't help me - each product has a different team, and I'd have to wait up to 2 days for that specific team to call me back!Fortunately, I'd actually bought the product through Amazon, so I contacted them, and they were brilliant - they've already despatched a replacement headset, and given me a pre-paid label to send back the old one.Lesson: don't ever buy anything directly off Logitech, their follow-up support is terrible - buy it off Amazon or a retail store instead, and use them for follow-up support.
Review of logitech
They refuse to REPAIR a faulty item that has failed right couple of days after the warranty coverage. They offered me a 20% discount only for OLD and certain products on their website, which is anyway 20% more expansive of any competitor, so I can't even use it to re-purchase my keyboard. Awful experience, stay away from this brand, as when the products will fail, they'll refuse to repair a two years products. I had to repurchase my 250£ keyboard. Thanks logitech
