Amazon used to be brilliant but the last few months the service has been awful. Yet another item due today is delayed for another 3 days. The 2nd item to be delayed in 3 days. Over the last few months items have been delayed/damaged and allegedly undeliverable. Very unreliable and don't seem bothered

Okay, let me start by saying this; TikTok can be inspiring. For example, I’ve found some great art and makeup ideas from this app. I don’t think it’s all bad, really, but with all the negativity, toxicity and mentally ruining content, the app itself is not healthy. What I mean by mentally ruining is predominantly self-esteem-sinking content, as the “For You” page is filled with skinny people, fit people, people with perfect facial features, etc. Enter the app and you’ll find yourself scrolling and scrolling until you realize, oh, it’s 3 AM! This is how they get you, and this is how the company makes its revenue. It’s a shame how the app is so popular. You see the problem here, right?

TikTok have banned my account due to multiple community guideline problems. However it states in the terms and conditions that if my appeal is successful the violations will be removed. None of the violations got removed so I got banned. Now I get an automated response saying log in to the app and report the problem. I cannot log in to the app because they have banned me!!! Absolute joke of a company to get hold of. I don’t even know if I will get the money I have accrued since joining the creator fund.

The amount sent was less than the exchange value of the time I confirmed the transfer.I expected the l recipient will receive the full amount of $1500 NZD but they received with another deduction of $8 NZD.All in all I lost around $30 CAD.Probably will use some other transfer with minimal and transparent charges.

Physically spoke to customer service, had problems with 4 transactions....2 were escalated and 2 were refunded immediately. I've been a customer for 16 yrs. Never had a problem with paypal and getting refunds. The only suggestion I have is that my representative could have spoken english a bit better. Otherwise, he was pleasant and proficient.
