Bought a Lenovo Thinkpad laptop nearly a year ago, and suddenly the laptop is not working anymore. Ofcourse the laptop is still under warranty period. I tried to contact with Customer Service via chat and email (about 8 email and 6 times chat with robot chat) Until now, more than a week, still no one contact with me about my defective laptop... I am really upset about BOL.com customer service. I wonder maybe i should never buy any electronic product for Bol.com anymore. (my order no is 1510541415
