Appalling company to deal with, no contact telephone number on their website, shambolic technical support. Mailchimp are your typical hide behind a website, non human USA company.There is a real danger you could get locked out of your account and lose all your customer data, support will not help you get back in.Do yourself a favour and avoid them, there are so many better email marketing companies you can deal with, we moved to Dotmailer and have never regretted it.

.I never take the effort to write reviews but this is pure fraud. Had used it for years but when you exceed nr of 5000 mails you pay a lot and I once uploaded a bigger mail file and they charged me 330$ !? Just for uploading it! I immediately deleted the file audience of 10.000 mails, but still need to pay! It went from 75$ / month to 330 without warning or asking permission. there are way better apps I found out almost free who do the same ! Pls be aware RIP Off
Review of kobo
I wanted to move away from supporting Amazon and Kindle so started looking for a better alternative. The Kobo store provides a great selection of ebooks and audiobooks for purchase. I also appreciate that Kobo still allows for download of purchased books to my computer so that I can back them up. Amazon has disabled this feature for books purchased from the Kindle store. This could be an issue as they have removed books from the Kindle library that I purchased so I was lucky to have a backup at the time. I also purchased a Kobo Clara Colour and love it. It has the same screen size as a Kindle Paperwhite, but in a smaller overall case. I also like the color covers and graphic novels. Along with my Kobo purchases, I obtain ebooks from indie authors through BookFunnel that allow me to send my books directly to my Kobo library or to save to my library on my computer. I use Calibre to manage my entire ebook collection and my Kobo Clara Colour syncs directly with Calibre to load books I've obtained from other sources. This is a great feature!Overall, I am very happy with my decision to move to Kobo over Amazon for my digital reading/listening needs. The Kobo Clara Colour is a great e-reader and the Kobo Store is much more user / customer friendly than the alternatives!

Absolutely dreadful. They allow scammers to continue trading. Was sent a fake tracking number. Phoned Royal Mail who advised it was fake. Endless emails been sent advising I havent received my order no reply totally ignored. Depop dont care. Their customer service is awful. Avoid Avoid!!!!!

Amazon delivery is dishonest. Their drivers report that items have been left in a secure location, when they have been dumped in an insecure place in full view of the public and exposed to the weather.There is no way to report this back to Amazon, or to complain

I placed an order on December 25th of last year with an email saying order was shipped on December 28th. Was charged to my credit card and to this day I have not received my order on January 12th. Will never order from this company again. Terrible service

I unfortunately had a broken phone and couldn’t contact them via call to cancel my subscription. I searched all over the website more than once trying to find where I can cancel. They won’t even let you cancel via live chat. RIDICULOUS!! They know what they’re doing. Robbing people’s money who have not even used their services. Would never subscribe to a company like this again.

I have changed from SHEIN to TEMU I find their quality so much better the reason I deducted a star is over sizes if ur size is small then that dosent mean all small sizes will fit I got a couple of things in my size that wer very small.. but it’s not a big deal.. I love temu.. also wondering when u pick ur free items then u go shopping for the items ur going to pay for how come u can’t pick what u want esp if ur paying for them.. and u haven’t access to search??

I was looking for trouser hangers which I was offered as a free gift along with two other free gifts. There was a minimum spend of 15 euro so I ordered other things. No free items were delivered and the ordered items are well below standard. I issued a refund request which was denied. Avoid! Avoid! Avoid! Scammers. Complete waste of money.
