I had trouble purchasing a game on my ps vita. My credit card would come up as an error and I could not add any funds to my wallet on the official PlayStation website. I called PlayStation all week asking for help and on what they could do to assist me. Not only were they not helpful at all. It seemed like no one wanted to help and they would say the same things! How they would send an email with “helpful” tips to solve the problem. They also said I should wait 24 hours before trying again. FYI it did not help. I am very disappointed in how these events played out.
