This so called Capital One, or should I say Capital CRAP, is nothing more than a MASSIVE PREDATORY LENDING!!; While its BIGWIGS are enjoying life, we are here foolishly funding their lavish life styles!! Their interest rates can go up to 21%!! and they do not give a CRAP ABOUT US!! As long as we keeping paying, they will continue to take!! Let's put things in perspective here: If your balance is say, $7000 with an annual interest rate of 21%; that IS $1470 PER YEAR! IF YOU ARE ONLY MAKING $100 PAYMENT PER MONTH, GUESS WHAT!?? YOU WILL NOT EVEN COVER THE INTEREST CHARGED IN ONE YEAR!!! INSANE! MIND YOU, IF YOU KEEP THAT STUPID CARD FOR 3 TO 5 YEARS, YOU WOULD HAVE PAID $4410 TO $7350!!! THAT'S MORE THAN HALF OR MORE THAN YOUR CREDIT LIMIT!! RIDICULOUS!! YOU COULD HAVE PUT THAT MONEY INTO YOUR OWN SAVINGS ACCOUNT!! OR ENJOYED A NICE VACATION SOMEWHERE! GET AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!! IT'S PREDATORY AND USELESS!! ALL THE 1-STAR REVIEWS HERE ARE SPOT ON!! CLOSE YOUR ACCOUNT(S) IMMEDIATELY!!! AND GET AWAY FROM THIS USELESS CAPITAL CRAP!!!

Late delivery of goods left me without heating. I used X to contact them hopeless forum. Chat page on main site agent left chat early. 2nd agent helpful but looks like I have to wait for delivery to an address where I won't be then send it back. Bad courier company. I now have to wait hopefully for a refund sometime in the future

What a load of rubbish this platform has become. Too many fraudulent profiles and scams on marketplace which Facebook seem to be unable or probably not bothered to control. Constantly bombarded with advertisements not at all relevant to me. An utter waste of people’s time. Do yourselves a favour and put your phones and iPads away and do something productive instead!!!

After using Google as my search engine for decades I am finally trying another from today. Fed up of getting the message that I may be a bot and that awful captcha verification tool. I have tried all the means that they suggest (other than typing slower…) but still the message appears.
