After my partner ordered a Nokia X20 on Nokia.com as a gift for me, I saw these reviews and like another reviewer was quite worried. The email confirmation was not received but luckily we had printed the website confirmation when the order was placed. I contacted Nokia via live chat and was told they couldn't see the order number I gave them. After we uploaded a copy of the web confirmation they found it and resent the email. The order was for next day delivery but as it was placed on a Friday we wouldn't expect it over the weekend. Didn't receive any notification of delivery date on Monday morning so went on live chat again. Got through quickly again and they checked the order for me and assured me we would hear soon. Received an email from them with a DHL tracking number not long afterwards and then an email from DHL to give a delivery time for Tuesday. The tracking number did work and the item was delivered 20 minutes earlier than delivery time. Charged up the phone immediately (although I cant have it yet!) and checked everything was working. Worked fine. Never had any problems with Nokia phones and hopefully that will remain the case. Dropped a star for not receiving confirmation email until I chased it up.

I had thought I was buying from a reputable company but now I know not to buy online from them again. I had ordered a Lunar Module for my sons ‘special Christmas present’ and the incorrect item arrived. I contacted them and they said unfortunately they had sold out and sent me documentation for a refund as well as saying good luck sourcing the item from a local toy store. Luckily I rushed out and got one of the two left at a large chain but I am still awaiting the refund of £89.99 (which to us is a significant amount). I contacted them again last week and was told it would be refunded by the 18th Jan so we will see. On seeing other reviews I am now worried I may not see my money. How can a company justify taking your money instantly but taking 6 weeks to return it when they have received the goods. Like many here I would urge people to try and source their Lego locally as this was not a pleasant consumer experience.

We have been members since 1994, and were happy with the service the first decade or so. The local office closed, and the nearest one now is a 2 hr drive. I called them (Morrow Ga location) for details on an international driving permit (the Macon Ga AAA now ONLY sells insurance). After a 20-minute hold, I left my number, and have received no callback (2 hrs ago). Worse, I broke down near Athens, GA. I called for help and received encouraging news. I got a call an hour later saying the nearest help was stuck in traffic in Atlanta. After another hour, I called a friend who lived only 45 minutes from my location, who arrived with a tire iron just before my dog had a heat stroke. I would suggest that AAA hire some customer service people so that they would be able to make good on their promises; otherwise, they should tell the truth and say they are only interested in the high profit parts of their company (as the Macon office has done).

Ignore the one star reviews at your own peril. A Samsung installer installed my new Frame TV by getting his finger prints all over the TV. It turns out that this new TV cannot be cleaned once the screen has been marred. Samsung also refuse to take the screen back/replace it because their installer installed the wire inside the wall and the “entire unit” has to be returned.An honestly truly awful company.

My wife and I purchased a package of 10 lessons with a teacher. Shortly after, the teacher refused to continue working with us. I contacted customer support several times requesting that the funds be returned to my platform balance so I could use them for another teacher.Instead, without my consent or prior notice, a support agent refunded the money to the card originally used for payment. The problem is, that card no longer belongs to me – it was a corporate account from a previous job, and the bank refuses to return the funds.The support team admitted that this was their mistake but took no real steps to fix it or offer any compensation. As a result, I lost $170 due to their error, with no way to recover it.This experience has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. I strongly advise against using this platform – not only was the service unreliable, but the handling of financial issues was careless and irresponsible.

My coibase account was attacked and all my bitcoin on Coinbase was stolen. Coinbase support was not available and could not be reached, 100% useless to avoid this catastrophe. It appears to me that Coinbase is a perfect software for offshore computer thieves to manipulate. Coinbase will provide a generic reply to this review that does not provide any email address or phone number to actually "contact" them.
