I had thought I was buying from a reputable company but now I know not to buy online from them again. I had ordered a Lunar Module for my sons ‘special Christmas present’ and the incorrect item arrived. I contacted them and they said unfortunately they had sold out and sent me documentation for a refund as well as saying good luck sourcing the item from a local toy store. Luckily I rushed out and got one of the two left at a large chain but I am still awaiting the refund of £89.99 (which to us is a significant amount). I contacted them again last week and was told it would be refunded by the 18th Jan so we will see. On seeing other reviews I am now worried I may not see my money. How can a company justify taking your money instantly but taking 6 weeks to return it when they have received the goods. Like many here I would urge people to try and source their Lego locally as this was not a pleasant consumer experience.
