There is a complete failure in your system for online ordering that is Same day pickup, I placed my order yesterday I was sent two different orders but they were placed at the same time I only did not choose 2 day delivery to my house so I could go pickup my new guitar and equipment today but after going to the store I was informed that the order had not been confirmed yet I had received a confirmation email when the debit for the order was taken from my account and oddly enough I placed the order for 1087 dollars yesterday evening and two debits were taken from my account I verified that with the manager who has no experience with sales as well as your entire company at Palm Desert the absolute worst store out of the dozens of stores I have been in your system is broken and missing a link figure it out and then credit me a hundred dollars for wasting my time today and gas to have to return again for something that was in the store it was verified by your system before I purchased it and the debit has been paid from my bank account you need to figure it out and have a real manager contact me to inform me how to get the gear card for the frustration and the waste of my gas and time or I will return everything that is still within the 90 day period and I will purchase everything from Sweetwater where I should have gone in the first place because they actually fill your order and they actually have people that are aware of how the company functions not one person including the manager can explain why they do not have a employee in the back with a computer to verify orders and bring them out when they can see the order was paid in full or do not take the order at all you have ruined the time that I had to record my album and your store is absolutely redundant and no one can even explain anything because they don’t have any idea how an online fulfillment process should work hire me for 100k a year for 20 hours a week and I will turn your stores into winners and make twice the profit for you and I will only ask for 5% bonus for every store that performs better than the last ten years if it has been open that long otherwise refund my money and I will open my own store and put guitar center out of business for good I have never gotten any information that was based on industry standards and actual feedback from verified purchasers, don’t be afraid to share this with the owner of the company because they need to know or they will continue to be a broken service for their customers who some are trying to do for a living and you are preventing me from making money so you have an obligation to make my proposal to the owner

Would rate EA 0 stars if I could. Customer service is the worst I have ever experienced. They are a big company who do not care, about their clients. Service is disgusting. I highly do not recommend, for many reasons. Avoid EA at all costs if you can. Parents do not buy your kids, EA games. It ends in tears when kids make mistakes, and EA are nothing but unhelpful. Big company yet poor customer care. How sad.

I just talk and text only so I bought a Nokia 225 4g (a current model) for $50 (list price) on Amazon. 10 months into the 12 month warranty the Volte stopped working so I contacted Nokia. Their customer support's solution was for me to send them my phone, meaning I would be without a phone for weeks (maybe months?). I said "really? A giant company like Nokia won't replace a $50 phone that's under warranty?" Then they told me to contact the seller for replacement. Wow! With nothing to lose, I called Amazon. After I told the Amazon rep what Nokia said he refunded the purchase 10 months after I bought it (and told me to keep the phone!) so I could buy a new phone. I could buy another Nokia 225 4g and consider it a free replacement.....nah, not after they way they treated me. My new phone will be bought on Amazon for sure, but it won't be a Nokia !

Never use this companyI have used this in the past but until you face an issue there is nothing much you can do about it, charging considerably more than what other sites would and then tricking you in for guarantee and not reimbursing money, i would highly recommend to use anything but agora, am going back to booking.com even if i need to pay some bits more

I ordered some items from their website.address box on website didn't add to my delivery slip correctly and so delivery was undelivered and return to A&F.when i called to get the item re-sent back they said that one of the items was no unavailable ( which is a lie as it had clearly just had an attempted delivery probably within touching distance of where it was supposed to be delivered)I am now told that the item will be returned to their stock room and go out to the the next customer who had it on back order and i would get a refund. NOT HAPPY!!!they shipped the two other items next day and after a lot of complaining of awful customer service i gained 30% to use ether in store or online.Still doesn't help as the one item i wanted is now out of stock and gone to someone else even though - RIDICULOUS
