Review of depop
I bought an item that was listed with 'free domestic shipping'. Throughout the checkout process the shipping was listed as 'N/A' until after I hit they pay button, when they added £3 for shipping. I am outraged that they would charge more than was agreed and only show this after you have clicked on the pay button. When I emailed them to complain, they said that it was the seller's fault because they 'chose not to buy shipping from depop', which obviously I had no way of knowing, and if this was the case the item shouldn't have been listed a free shipping. They say that they would not be able to refund the charge, essentially they are washing their hands of their apalling business practices and blaming the sellers instead.I had read poor reviews about them but was drawn to the concept of second-hand shopping for the benefits to the environment etc, so this was a trial run for me - needless to say I won't be using them again.

One of the worst news websites I have ever visited. Not because of the content, but because of the terrible execution. Each article is surrounded by ads to the point that they infringe on the page and make the text unreadable and you can't even use an ad-blocker to get rid of them. Loud videos play immediately on loading a page, sometimes with no relevance to the article itself. The pages are so heavy that they literally will not load on my brand new smart phone. The comments section is also a petri dish for right-wing posters. There are only a few posters but they spend all day posting under multiple aliases and abusing their multiple accounts to flag and remove any comments that disagree with them making the comments section unusable. The mods have no interest in dealing with these trolls as every time I have reported them over the last 4 years nothing has been done. On the contrary I have had 5 accounts banned over the last month but the mods are unable or unwilling to tell me exactly how I have broken their terms of service. Maybe they are just embarrassed I am doing their job for them? If you are going to move a news site entirely online then look into how to do it properly and not just get the IT intern to slap it together on their lunch break.

Categories are gone, limited amount of tags you can use, forum posts that expire so you can't comment, Eclipse's new weird boxy designs that is basically a rip-off of Artstation, but somehow even worse. DA, you've failed. Probably the time to just let your site die.

A disgusting company that think it's perfectly acceptable to publish a walk that is through a farm yard and along a track that are completely private and not a footpath or bridleway. They are endangering the lives of walkers that use this app, trespassing through a farm is dangerous.

Review of outlook
Outlook Live is the most useless thing I have ever encountered. Every time I log in all I get is a blank white screen for at least 5 minutes. Nothing happens, just a blank screen. Very frustrating. Then there is the junk email and spam. probably 80% of the email I get through my hotmail account is junk. I spend more time blocking garbage than anything else. Microsoft obviously couldn't care less about users or this would have been fixed already. Very disappointing.

Google is rubbish, I purchased speakers and TV dongle and the gave restricted mode, I have tried so many times to work with the support but always enda up reactivating itself and you have to factory reset all the speakers and TV dongle so it works? It's horrible product that I support for years and they have continued to fail, even tho I pay for YouTube premium,

Review of notion
I have contacted support due to a refund and after reading all the negative reviews here on trustpilot (it takes weeks to respond, nobody helps etc) I wasnt too optimistic. However , the team from notion came back to me and issued a refund and resolved my problem even above my expectations. Great customer support = great company!
Review of macys
[UPDATE 2 WEEKS LATER / HAPPY ENDING: I contacted our salesman who sold us the couch (who thankfully still worked there), updated him and complained bitterly. He was nice and looked up the couch and said it was of good quality - and he was surprised of the problem. He spoke with his manager. About a day later I received an email from Macy's agreeing to either take the couch back (and give us a refund or credit) or allow us to keep the couch but give us a partial refund. I was shocked at their standing behind their product. Wow. We are returning the couch, but given this move by Macy's will likely buy more furniture from them. ] We purchased a large couch and two large chairs from Macy's 3 years ago. (The chairs, one in leather and wood with an ottoman and the other, all leather, are fine). The couch has gotten moderate use and is terrible. THE COUCH THE FABRIC HAS A THOUSAND BIG PILLS ALL OVER IT, IS ROUGH AND UNCOMFORTABLE TO SIT ON AND LOOKS HORRENDOUS AS. It has gotten worse and worse over the past year, and now it is just unsightly and ugly (like a dog with matted hair). The salesman told us the fabric would hold up well – ha, that was wrong! But wait - it gets worse!! We purchased the extended warranty on all the furniture (for $334 - THE 5 YEAR WORRYNOMORE PROTECTION PLAN (Furniture Care Kit & 5 Year ULTIMATE Protection Plan - RG59.0). ). So this should be covered as the fabric is terrible, right? WHAT A JOKE. WE SUBMITTED A CLAIM ON A SATURDAY NIGHT AT ABOUT 10PM, AND A FEW HOURS LATER (AT 1:28AM) WE RECEIVED AN EMAIL THAT OUR CLIAM HAD BEEN REVIEWD AND DENIED. REALLY? Did they have people working at midnight on a Saturday night reviewing claims??? It was obviously an automated denial. I am going to file a complaint with the CA Insurance Commissioner against the insurer, and see if they will take action against Macy’s for selling that plan that automatically denies claims. The couch is terrible and we are sorry we bought it. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND BUY FROM SOMEWHERE ELSE. AND IF YOU ARE NAÏVE ENOUGH TO PURCHASE FURNITURE FROM MACY’S, DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THE WORRYNOMORE PLAN. THEY LITERALLY REJECTED OUR CLAIM BETWEEN A FEW HOURS AFTER SUBMISSION ON A SATURDAY NIGHT. IT IS INCREDIBLY DISAPPOINTING BECAUSE MACY’S USED TO SELL HIGH QUALITY FURNITURE.
