Terrible support. I changed phone and my authenticator codes didn't migrate properly so I can't get into my playstation store account. Chat goes to a bot, which sent a password reset link (I know my password) and then won't let me use chat again for 24 hours!!! Absolutely unreal. Just about the fastest way to upset your customers - tell them they have used support once already so you won't help them again until they have cooled off for 24 hours...really!! Whoever came up with that idea is a moron.
