It was understanding that the Better Business Bureau was a service that helped Customers get a chance to resolve problems with businesses that they had hired to do work and the results were not acceptable. Well, you better not waste your time complaining or looking for a solution to a problem when the business's Corporate Office is located in the the same town. Point in fact: American Home Shield and the BBB of Memphis, Tn. We never got the "work completed", the "damages paid for" or "a refund" from AHS. The BBB representative, Julie Dee ignored the problem, the damages and gave us some settlement that did not even address the problem. And the AHS representative Kimberly Tiffany has no idea of the job she holds. Just look up American Home Shield on this website and you will find that AHS has 94% unsatisfied complaints....that says it all.
