No internet service for the entire neighborhood for 4 days. They cant get approval for a splitter. They have shut down my small home business, kids cant be home-schooled, security cameras down.This company is Un-American and hires foreigners that hate America, have zero skills for their customers service calls. They now use AI for service calls. Service tech's gone and does not know when it will be fixed.CEO should be fired.
