Review of zazzle
This was more like "fizzle." I did my best to work with the persnickety website where insert my own design for a business card. On "recently viewed" you can see what I asked for: a business card sized version of my logo. But what I received had a HUGE white border around it!! This was just laziness. Would not recommend.
Review of teachable
Their website was glitchy for us. Many students kept complaining of having difficulty logging in. Unless you pay for the $150/mo service, the only way to access customer support is via email. In our case, we would send an email and the next day (23 hours later) we would get a reply. Unfortunately, the reply we would get was absolutely not helpful in resolving the challenge. The website itself is intuitive and easy to use. Customer service not so great. We are moving on to another platform.
Review of mega
My authenticator got lost and I wasn't able to open all of my MEGA Accounts, so what I did is I contacted their support team and told them my problem, they was able to resolve my problem in less than 2 days and I was able to retrieve my accounts back, without 2FA and losing my contents. Just be honest with your concern and they will take action to it immediately after you got a ticket. I was on MEGA for like 3 to 4 years now, so I know that I enjoy their services and support. Thank you and have a good day!

Their coverage map is filled with lies, and when i called them on it, they kept asking me to contact them from the email address that was having trouble (my wife's, who is currently staying in a rural area where she supposedly has 5G, but doesn't even have emergency service). So that's clearly impossible when she has to drive a mile away to get a choppy voice connection and 10 miles away get a horrible data connection. When i asked the "customer service" rep if i he thought i was stupid, he told me i was using offensive language and he disconnected the chat. I'll be paying off the pixel 7s we just bought and moving to Verizon as soon as my wife returns from her trip.
Review of glassdoor
Went to use glassdoor to have a look at a company I'm interested in working for, been self-employed for 4 years, and prior to that worked for the same company for 9 years. I reviewed the company I worked for for 9 years over 12 months ago whilst in the same situation, so I'm left with nothing else to review to gain access for another 12 months. So what do I do? Post a false review to gain access again? Kinda raises questions to the integrity of the reviews, no?People don't hop to another job every 12 months.
Review of garmin
I order a watch on Christmas Day that was advertised on the garmin website as a special offer over the Christmas period. I was informed 4 days later by the customer service team that my order was due to be dispatched “very soon” which is understandable given the bank holidays. I was then told earlier this afternoon that there were delays processing orders and to keep an eye out my order status and now a few hours later have been told that my order has been cancelled. Very poor customer service and will be using looking elsewhere in the future.
Review of garmin
I've bought a Garmin S2 scales to add to my Garmin ecosystem, but now looks like a bad decision. For the 4x price of a scale I got buggy scales which I couldn't return, and which were eventually changed for a refurbished ones.So all in all I paid for a new scales, but got refurbished after 2 months of troubles
Review of mashable
I bought ONE thing from them and they signed me up for a recurring charge of $32.98 a month. I never signed up for anything on a recurring basis. They have never sent me anything for that $32.98. I contacted them repeatedly and they act like they have no idea what I'm talking about. Liars and cheats!!! Contacted my credit card company and they're taking care of it now. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM MASHABLE!!!
Review of logitech
Same experience as many others. Ordered a webcam shown as in stock 4-7 days delivery and 8 working days later I have had nothing beyond the initial order confirmation email. So far have tried Digital River customer service (as that's who you pay and presumably who the contract to supply is with) who say not their problem. Raised a ticket with Logitech support but I am not full of hope. Logitech: good products but non-existent customer service.Postscript: I did eventually receive the item. However I had sourced elsewhere by then and needed to return unopened. Absolutely no way to do this on line apart from raising a ticket. No response after 5 days so I sold the item on. Probably the worst customer experience I've had in 25 years of on line shopping. Products are good but buy from Currys, Amazon, Argos. In fact anywhere but Logitech.com.

Review of dell
I bought my first Dell product in the 1990's. There have been many since but there will be no more going forward. Things have progressively deteriorated from my first experience (which was excellent) to one where the products have low build quality, are overpriced and frequently fail. There is NO customer service unless you're prepared to literally pay the purchase price all over again every three years. The company has lost all sense of ethics and I'm ashamed to have given them so much of my custom over 30 years.

Their Technical support is pointless and will lead you to rethink your life choices after spending 4 hour speaking to 6 people because their phone system disconnects you over and over and no one will call you back. I had plenty of complaints about their "support"...and some about the bloatware... but NOW I have an bigger once. After 4 years and 37 days ownership of my Dell Inspiron Desktop, it wouldn't boot up. First it got to screen giving recovery options and then it failed and every time I tried to power it up, it went dead in 2 to 4 seconds. I tried all the basic stuff and there was a suggestion to remove the coin cell battery on the mother board to reset the bios... but not to check the battery as those 2032 batteries last for 15 to 20 years... Well I checked the battery and it was DEAD...totally dead...I put in a new battery and it worked perfectly. So Dell put in some CRAP battery and had my PC die after 4 years. Never heard of a 2032 lasting so short...PLANNED OBSOLESCENCE... 95% of people would have taken their PC in to pay huge money to find out it as a cheap battery under $1 causing the issue, or they would have bought a new PC.... CRAP!

Customer service was awful. I did not receive a conformation email after my order which I then had to email about and request one, I did not receive a reply for 5-6 days. My parcel did not then arrive for over a week and when I emailed to ask about this I was then informed that my parcel had been lost, my reply again did not arrive for nearly a week.Eventually I was asked if I would like a refund or a replacement and when I asked for a replacement my parcel arrived a few days later.
