Review of guitarcenter

Item was not in stock

Item was not in stock, took me over an hour (due to traffic) needed it for a session. Client will not be happy; even if I had a refund I cannot do that. I would give negative stars for the system giving false information (or false advertisement) saying it was in stock. HUGE INCONVENIENCE. I do not appreciate being disrespected.

Review of ea

Should be called Evil Arts.

Where does one start. Haven’t been satisfied with a sports game since 2015, recently thought maybe I’d try the new nhl2022 when it releases, so I logged into an EA game to see where they are at with a few of their games, lockout city it should be called. Knockout City gives me a net code that apparently no one can fix, started trying to get a hold of a person at EA the 28th of may, June 4th was the first time I had reached a human and I had to make a Twitter account follow ea help and send tweet after tweet to get a person to respond. Then for the next four hours I am verifying purchases, dates, personal info, and stuff no one knows but me to finally after all that time get a outstanding yay! Your the person you claim to be and the owner of the accounts and emails. Yay! Then the lady says now we send you to the Terms of Service people cuz there’s apparently restrictions on your account due to some kind of TOS violation. Ok so how long does that take, 30 days, holy moly, I maintain I’ve never done anything to violate any TOS anywhere. I’m locked out of all EA games. Any purchases I’ve made I cannot play. This company is a scam, or they have 100% no control over after they put something in motion. The reviews all over the place for this company would cripple any other company outside of this industry. Why is it ok to steal from your consumers, produce subpar products, give them the run around through poorly constructed websites and leave your staff dealing with unfixable issues that will most likely leaving them with horrible interactions regularly within their daily jobs. You guys are like drug dealers, you love the pple that sell your product but give no care to the pple consuming it. Company is out right evil.

My experience with Brevo was smooth and efficient. The platform was incredibly user-friendly, making it easy for me to navigate and accomplish my goals. Setting up my campaign was straightforward, and the intuitive design allowed me to focus on the content rather than getting bogged down by technical details. Overall, Brevo made the entire process fluid, and I was able to achieve my objectives without any hassle.

Review of lego

Horrendous missing bits

Absolutely useless. 2 pieces missing. Lego is already WAY OVERPRICED!!I didn’t want to get on the Lego band wagon of being ripped off for tiny bits of plastic. But succumbed for Xmas. Never again. The fools in customer care well they got told what I thought they were in the numerous emails. I must have sent 20 + emails with the code for both pieces. I received the same repetitive email from Lego!! ‘What are the codes’….. I ended up calling. They had the AUDACITY to say we’ll send them for free!! I said Don’t make it look like you’re doing Me A Favour!!!You should be sending them free!! ITS UOUR INADEQUACIES IN THE FIRST PLACE!!I’ve already paid over the odds for bits of plastic!! I don’t expect you to have missing pieces! Then experienced horrendous customer service!!Never again will I buy Lego! Your company is a rip off

Review of ESPN

I only bought the $4.99/month…

I only bought the $4.99/month subscription so that I can follow my team in the UK, Wycombe Wanderers. I didn't want to buy it, I have a virtual season ticket with the club themselves. However, due to rights restrictions in the UK, they cannot show the games picked up by Sky. Don't ask, oh you did?, it is because the clubs are beholden to the league who negotiate the deals. The coverage is generally poor, I can accept that most people do not want to watch Championship level UK, so it doesn't surprise me that I get a poor experience at half time with only the groundsman or training players aimlessly kicking training balls around. This despite knowing full well that Sky TV back in the UK are doing all the studio work and it's the same commentator so why not just give us the whole thing? What is with that? But OK, I am in the US so I get crappy car adverts etc and a 2 minute interlude of a nearly empty stadium.BUT here was the real kicker this morning - 12 DUCKING Minutes. 12 minutes of scrabbling around checking equipment, tweeting my frustration and generally being angry. 12 minutes, then on 13 minutes, at exactly the time that Swansea score the first goal, the stream starts. Jarring, doesn't even begin to describe..The most seamless aspect of this was initially signing up, fair play to Disney, they know how to extract cash. If you can avoid this piece of excrement, do.

Review of bestbuy

Truth in advertising matters

Truth in advertising matters, so when I clicked on an ad for a Google Pixel 7 Pro listed at $123.99, I was disappointed to see it was actually $999.99. But after verifying that the ad was verified to be placed by Best Buy Purchasing, LLC (a wholly owned subsidiary of Best Buy Co.) I thought that I'd purchase it as I'd anticipate that Best Buy would honor the price they advertised for the product. They did not. They even misrepresented it as a "third party advertisement" forgetting that a parent company is definitely responsible for companies actions when Best Buy holds 100% of the shares. But they decided to gaslight me, misrepresent the facts and blow me off. Very dissapointing. I'd recommend they get better investigators, try harder or just hold themselves accountable like adults in the future.

Review of venmo

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!I tried to create a new account. However, whoever had my phone number before me had a Venmo account. I have been dealing with a rep/agent by the name of Hershey. Was told to provide documentation of my number. Per the request, I emailed MANY documents but Hershey states unable to read. The documents I emailed to Hershey, provided my phone statements that shows my cell phone carrier's name, my name, the phone number and when the phone number became mine (May 2020), my complete address and even my email address. I asked for a supervisor to call me, but was informed that their phone system was down. Right. How convenient. As such, since Hershey won't do the right thing by rectifying this matter accordingly, I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau against Venmo and Hershey who displayed NOTHING but unfair business practices.Hershey responds to my request by the wrong name. That's being professional? Clearly not. It is extremely disappointing that you need BBB to resolve a matter that Hershey could have done, yet refuses to.

Review of coursera

Good courses but everything else is embarassily awful.

What a shame, the courses were good but everything else is a dumpster fire. Customer Service? None. You have to hunt and hunt just to find a contact form. No phone number at all. I cancelled my subscription and received an email to confirm. Weeks later they charged my credit card for an entire new year and only my credit card company notified me, Coursera sent nothing. They likely do this, so you pass their lousy 2 week refund window. If you like playing with fire and do choose to use them, pay for the year then delete your credit card info. If you want to cancel your subscription, take screen-shots of every step.Seriously though, look at all these negative reviews! Crazy that they don't do an overhaul.
