I only bought the $4.99/month…

I only bought the $4.99/month subscription so that I can follow my team in the UK, Wycombe Wanderers. I didn't want to buy it, I have a virtual season ticket with the club themselves. However, due to rights restrictions in the UK, they cannot show the games picked up by Sky. Don't ask, oh you did?, it is because the clubs are beholden to the league who negotiate the deals. The coverage is generally poor, I can accept that most people do not want to watch Championship level UK, so it doesn't surprise me that I get a poor experience at half time with only the groundsman or training players aimlessly kicking training balls around. This despite knowing full well that Sky TV back in the UK are doing all the studio work and it's the same commentator so why not just give us the whole thing? What is with that? But OK, I am in the US so I get crappy car adverts etc and a 2 minute interlude of a nearly empty stadium.BUT here was the real kicker this morning - 12 DUCKING Minutes. 12 minutes of scrabbling around checking equipment, tweeting my frustration and generally being angry. 12 minutes, then on 13 minutes, at exactly the time that Swansea score the first goal, the stream starts. Jarring, doesn't even begin to describe..The most seamless aspect of this was initially signing up, fair play to Disney, they know how to extract cash. If you can avoid this piece of excrement, do.
