Should be called Evil Arts.

Where does one start. Haven’t been satisfied with a sports game since 2015, recently thought maybe I’d try the new nhl2022 when it releases, so I logged into an EA game to see where they are at with a few of their games, lockout city it should be called. Knockout City gives me a net code that apparently no one can fix, started trying to get a hold of a person at EA the 28th of may, June 4th was the first time I had reached a human and I had to make a Twitter account follow ea help and send tweet after tweet to get a person to respond. Then for the next four hours I am verifying purchases, dates, personal info, and stuff no one knows but me to finally after all that time get a outstanding yay! Your the person you claim to be and the owner of the accounts and emails. Yay! Then the lady says now we send you to the Terms of Service people cuz there’s apparently restrictions on your account due to some kind of TOS violation. Ok so how long does that take, 30 days, holy moly, I maintain I’ve never done anything to violate any TOS anywhere. I’m locked out of all EA games. Any purchases I’ve made I cannot play. This company is a scam, or they have 100% no control over after they put something in motion. The reviews all over the place for this company would cripple any other company outside of this industry. Why is it ok to steal from your consumers, produce subpar products, give them the run around through poorly constructed websites and leave your staff dealing with unfixable issues that will most likely leaving them with horrible interactions regularly within their daily jobs. You guys are like drug dealers, you love the pple that sell your product but give no care to the pple consuming it. Company is out right evil.
