What a shame, the courses were good but everything else is a dumpster fire. Customer Service? None. You have to hunt and hunt just to find a contact form. No phone number at all. I cancelled my subscription and received an email to confirm. Weeks later they charged my credit card for an entire new year and only my credit card company notified me, Coursera sent nothing. They likely do this, so you pass their lousy 2 week refund window.If you like playing with fire and do choose to use them, pay for the year then delete your credit card info. If you want to cancel your subscription, take screen-shots of every step.Seriously though, look at all these negative reviews! Crazy that they don't do an overhaul.

The worst experience:On 02.07, I placed an order with IKEA’s online store in Greece with order code AE3C8510644E totaling €460.95, opting for home delivery.Three times I was notified of delivery attempts for my order (on 22.07, 26.7, and 10.8), none of which were successful.Despite repeated emails (on 15, 25, 29.7, and 6.8) and phone calls from my side, I have not received a satisfactory response.I haven’t received yet!

I tried the app on Android, their trial. And everything worked great. They were some some chromecast small bugs, but the app was great in any way. I cancelled by contacting them. And they were very kind to help me. So I they deserve a better rating in trustpilot.So my advice is to contact them though their support. OBS!!! : if you use Google play and cannot find cancel in your subscriptions, then you must use a computer or use this link and cancel it though your webbrowser: play.google.(Com) /store/account/subscriptionsOtherwise google play subscription will automatically think that the membership is still active.

Looked online to see if they had 1x4x12 pressure treated and the had over 100. When I went there to purchase them they had no stock.This is a most used item.It was a waste of my time and gas money.This store is in Mechanicsburg PA. This store is a useless store.This happens all the time and I don't see why they stay open.

Same ol' predatory auto-renewal scam. The service they provide is not worth it, so they pray people will just forget to cancel the free introductory period, and they got you. Even if you cancel the day of the renewal, they have a no-refund policy so you are just screwed out of $50 for another year of service you will not use. Shamefulm that you have to scam people out of money instead of providing a service people will actually pay for willingly. GoPro has shifted so far from its roots, it is incredible. I would get another GoPro camera now if they paid me to take it.

My family and I have been Costco members for over 10 years. Within the past few years Costco has become ridiculous with the rules they have been imposing. The fact that we MUST show/prove our membership before entering the warehouse is absolutely insane otherwise they prevent you from entering. Why??? When NO ONE cannot checkout WITHOUT a member card!!! Also the fast that my husband and I live in the same household, are married and my husband cannot pay using his CC all while I am standing right next to him. About $700 worth of stuff we left there at the register given that I did not take my CC given that my husband and I were shopping that day together. Costco makes you feel like we are entering homeland security or the White house that such security needs to be put in place over just members shopping. Because this has only gotten more ridiculous and I feel will continue, I have cancelled my membership and I got 8 family households to do the same. We are now BJ's members as well as Sam's club. Since Costco is nothing but seeking greed at this point, I will continue to have members end their membership until Costco goes back to the Costco we knew it to be, that cared about their customers and our experience. Costco is not giving anything for free, we still pay for what we shop and the membership and should not feel like Costco is the state penitentiary that controls us!!!
