Terrible Return Experience – Unfair and UnprofessionalI ordered an item from FARFETCH that arrived in perfect condition. However, I decided to return it—without even taking it out of the box—and followed all return instructions carefully. To my surprise, FARFETCH later claimed the item arrived back to them damaged and denied my refund.I’ve made it clear that I never used or even unboxed the item, yet they chose to side with the vendor without any concrete proof that the damage occurred on my end. It’s extremely frustrating and disappointing to be treated this way as a customer.This experience has completely eroded my trust in FARFETCH. If something goes wrong or a return is disputed, you’re on your own. I would strongly caution others against shopping here—especially for high-value items.

Booked a room and hotel confirmed, few days afterwards the say the room is already booked and suggest to find another hotel or take another room without shower in the room.I don't think expedia cares about these practices on their resource.

Chase doesn’t care about their customers, we were over charged for a rental car and though I provided chase a copy of the original reservation along with the company’s statement that all rates are locked once the reservation is confirmed they choose to over look the fact that the rate was changed on us and honor the scamming company charges.The company provided chase with a hand written receipt that not even the rep could understand how the amount came about along with unexplained charges and because I didn’t discuss the rate with my husband and he had no idea that the rate was changed on him along with forced charges for a third party insurance coverage chase is claiming that because he signed the receipt we are responsible for the charges.Number 1. We were taken off airport grounds by said rental car company and had no way of getting back to the airport or being somewhere that we could initiate another source of transportation and my credit card company is just blatantly saying it’s not their problem . I am disguised and disappointed because I never thought we would have to go through this especially being that I provided them with the documentation.

I had a TERRIBLE experience with UPS. HORRIBLE. They took 3 of my boxes that I had neatly packed, opened them up, changed them to bigger boxes, got everything inside SOAKING WET, and BROKE my expensive KitchenAid stand mixer. I had even obtained insurance for the boxes, but in order to get refunded they make you go through a series of steps that are impossible unless you know exactly what you are looking for beforehand. It is a very difficult process. Listen to the low number of stars in these reviews and STAY AWAY. This should be illegal.

Great magazine, but very deceptive renewal procedures. They send multiple "We need to hear from you" requests to renew without disclosing when your paid subscription expires.My subscription is paid until April 2027, but they hound me constantly with urgent requests to renew now.

Could not believe my eyes - there was a painting of Salt Creek Beach where we lived! So beautiful and accurate! Ordered a 31 x 15 print, had it framed, and it was my Christmas gift for my grand daughter. I have ordered another one which I will keep for myself!! Also ordered two picture puzzles by submitting 2 photos from last Christmas. AND yet another print which I could not believe I had found! It's a picture of a familiar street on Balboa Island, bringing back wonderful happy memories. Thank you so much for the opportunity of purchasing these amazing walk-down-memory-lane prints. Wish I had seen these reviews before buying from their UK online store. Ordered a pair on 10Jul19, first delivery was attempted by Parcelforce yesterday 15Jul19 but never made it and the driver said he couldn't find my address (even though ALL other major delivery companies NEVER have a problem). Today no delivery so far either and the Parcelforce website says 'at depot'. So it is already a week since my order and no sign of crocs being delivered even though my invoice said delivery in 4-5 days (maybe they meant 45 days!) Furthermore I don't even know if they have sent the right size yet which also seems to be an issue that other customers have reported. Crocs need to at least use a different delivery option in the UK and give their pickers more training! AVOID THIS FRUSTRATING PROCESS!!!I'll NEVER buy crocs again! Grrrrr!

Customer service is HORRIBLE!!! You have to get creative to get someone on the phone because the system is asking for account information that I could not provide for tech support because I COULD NOT GET INTO MY ACCOUNT!!!! Only to get "Karen" on the phone to be hung up on because she can't answer a question or know how to get you where you need to be. She intentionally doesn't offer her name when she picks up a call because she probably handles Zoom customers RUDELY!!! "KAREN".... Customer Service 101. LISTEN to the customer, acknowledge their concerns and ATTEMPT TO HELP OR FIND SOMEONE WHO CAN! I don't think it is written in any customer service manual to hangup on the customer because they asked you to listen so that they can help you help them! So... I called back to SALES because I don't have the information, I need to get through the tech support and spoke with M.G. He did identify himself when he picked up my call, he LISTENED, and then he ATTEMPTED to help by sending me an email to submit a ticket for tech support. I was told that's how you initiate the help process. Didn't like being passed off with the shortest and easiest way out, but at least he didn't hangup on me!
