Customer service is HORRIBLE!!! You have to get creative to get someone on the phone because the system is asking for account information that I could not provide for tech support because I COULD NOT GET INTO MY ACCOUNT!!!! Only to get "Karen" on the phone to be hung up on because she can't answer a question or know how to get you where you need to be. She intentionally doesn't offer her name when she picks up a call because she probably handles Zoom customers RUDELY!!! "KAREN".... Customer Service 101. LISTEN to the customer, acknowledge their concerns and ATTEMPT TO HELP OR FIND SOMEONE WHO CAN! I don't think it is written in any customer service manual to hangup on the customer because they asked you to listen so that they can help you help them! So... I called back to SALES because I don't have the information, I need to get through the tech support and spoke with M.G. He did identify himself when he picked up my call, he LISTENED, and then he ATTEMPTED to help by sending me an email to submit a ticket for tech support. I was told that's how you initiate the help process. Didn't like being passed off with the shortest and easiest way out, but at least he didn't hangup on me!
