Wish I had seen these reviews before buying from their UK online store. Ordered a pair on 10Jul19, first delivery was attempted by Parcelforce yesterday 15Jul19 but never made it and the driver said he couldn't find my address (even though ALL other major delivery companies NEVER have a problem). Today no delivery so far either and the Parcelforce website says 'at depot'. So it is already a week since my order and no sign of crocs being delivered even though my invoice said delivery in 4-5 days (maybe they meant 45 days!) Furthermore I don't even know if they have sent the right size yet which also seems to be an issue that other customers have reported. Crocs need to at least use a different delivery option in the UK and give their pickers more training! AVOID THIS FRUSTRATING PROCESS!!!I'll NEVER buy crocs again! Grrrrr!
