Terminated after a week?!

Terminated after a week?!Had only created the account for our steampunk themed antibullying campaign organisation Timekeepers of Kindness. Was perusing the 'stores'. Had work offline to do, came back and was not allowed in. They've terminated the account for violating policy!! I enquired which policy and how do they think we violated it, to which I received NO answer! Guess they don't want people actually helping each other!

Review of uniqlo

Refund for a defective item took 10 weeks from raising the issue

This review is specifically about how Uniqlo dealt with the return of a defective item. It took ten weeks to get a refund for an item of clothing that, once removed from packaging, had a clear hole. The item was relatively low value (£12.90) but Uniqlo insisted on multiple photos to show the issue, even though I originally sent 3 photos that were very clear. I don’t live near a store (over two hours away) but in hindsight this would’ve been far quicker. Even when Uniqlo confirmed they would provide a refund, they did nothing to try and rectify the issues with the amount of time it took, and took a further 20 days to process a payment. Purchasing online and in store has generally been good, but this experience means I will avoid using them in future - it is entirely their issue that the product was substandard - making it this difficult to rectify, rather than offering good customer service to correct the problem, is not acceptable in my opinion.

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service. I bought the items online and picked up in store with no charge, but after I tried them the items are too large for me, I went back to the store again and they refused to take the return. They asked me to pay for shipping to ship back to their warehouse. They won’t take it back, Even when I’m already at their store! Terrible business. I used to love Uniqlo when I lived in Asia but I hate it here, it’s already overpriced (it’s even cheaper to buy it from China or Japan and ship it here by air if you find a third party shipping company), and I will never buy again from the US store.

Avoid - warranty useless as they dont reply

Purchased hard drive with 2 year warranty. Stopped working after 18 months. No probs I though will get it replaced. Online warranty checker says out of warranty as last month, doubled checked box says 2 year warranty. Checked amazon for purchase date, definitely only 18 month old. Emailed them got no reply, 2nd email sent a week later still no reply. Cant get them on the phone. Should have stuck with WD for drives. Will never buy seagate again as a simple replacement for a faulty item shouldn't be this hard.

We were bullied. Customer service is not their priority.

It was not just one incident. But everything went wrong with Delta one after another. When my daughter’s flight was cancelled at JFK and she was missing her connecting flight in Atlanta, the Delta employee showed minimal effort to assist us. Even we just wanted ask a very simple question, one of the lady told me that she does not take any questions and she started to chat with an airport crew.I don’t say all but many of the employee were very aggressive and very nasty to us as if we were the one who did something wrong. I saw a woman near us was crying with a desperation of the situation. Even we finally got an information from one of the employee standing on the check-in line , it was wrong and we were told to wait on a line for next 2 hours for no reason and at the end they sent us to another long line. It was not just us. We saw a lot of people who waited with us on a line for 2 hours ended up on another line like us.We spent at JFK airport from 3:30am to 8am and at the end they just gave us phone number to book another flight from scratch. So, we came back home calling to book a flight but nothing available for next 4 days.I understand things happens with flights from multiple reasons but the Delta employee were not there to help us but made situation worse with their attitudes and lack of customer service.My 15 year-old daughter was supposed to join summer program in Costa Rica to learn Spanish and volunteer in local community and she was very excited this morning but she is just heart broken right now not because of the cancellation of the flight or missing of the 1/3 of the attendance of the summer program but the experience she had at the airport.Some of the employee were very bully.You can tell from the attitude of them that the customer service is not the Delta airline’s priority policy, they don’t have a pride as a company employee and sadly, it shows how they treat the customer.I have flown with them multiple times last 30 years. Even I had several bad experiences with them in the past, I overlooked. But I would think twice to fly with Delta from now on.PS. We could not find any flight for next 4 days with Delta so we ended up booking with Jet Blue by paying extra $1200 for one way. No help from Delta whatsoever.

There website very good...All of the customer service interactions Ive had were very good...Ive had Chase credit cards for years & they are all very good cards no problems...I opened a checking & savings through a promotion but probably wont keep them because of mandatory minimum balance rules to avoid fees & very low interest if any paid on the accounts...Jim M-Toledo OH

Yelp will run you out of business

Yelp is trying to run me out of business. I had plenty of similar issues, but this is the latest I had with them. I cancelled the nearby jobs service on may 11, 2023. Since cancelling I wasn't able to request any further refunds or be able to see any of the billing at all. I had already requested a few refunds and reported at least TWO SCAMMERS who had reached out via yelp and YOU guys were trying to charge me money for. I then received a charge($344.44) and was provided zero help at all from customer service stating they couldn't see the info on the nearby jobs. So essentially I was charged money to chat with a scammer to asks to send a fake check for service and requests part of that money back.

As a small business, Freshbooks has everything I need to invoice and get paid. They update frequently--adding services I end up loving even when I didn't even know I needed them. They have great, responsive customer service as well.

You can tell they care about quality!

You can tell they care about the quality of all the prints they make. I got an image printed on a wood canvas and it turned out great! If I were to buy the same kind of picture on the same medium at a gallery it would have been 8x the cost. High-quality prints for a great price!

The latest version is atrociously bad!

I used to love Duo, sadly I’m extremely disenchanted with the new format, there’s very little grammatical explanation and it’s tedious having to follow a given path. I miss being able to read or participate in a story and the interactive podcasts about conceivable situations. As for cows cooking dinner , birds washing dishes and , wait for it … an owl washing his hat!! (unit 42 Español)"¿¡¿¡ DE VERDAD!?!?!I fear you’ve forfeited my next annual subscription if order is not restored … RÁPIDO POR FAVOR 🙏🏻 PS a response to this review and others of a similar vein would be very much appreciated.HELLO! The clouds are barely visible so you can't tell if its cloudy or not.As others have said they used to be good now they SUCK!90% of the reviews give them a 1 star only because you can't give them a -10! Review of zara

Lost package no refund

Terrible customer service from their WhatsApp interface. After they failed to deliver an item I used WhatsApp to converse with customer services but had to wait 25 to 35 minutes for responses and ended up in a loop with a what must have been a machine insisting on redelivery when I want a refund. I won’t order from Zara online again.

DO NOT BUY FROM ZARA!

Zara is a fast fashion company from Spain but I thought that they had tried to make things better with their Zara Home. However, they do not have a proper customer service in place, the customer service is designed to brush you off not help you!What's even more weird is that there is a Zara USA so I'm not sure why their customer service voice is British, they are not a British brand, this appears as rather desperate!They do not send you conformation emails nor any email that your oder has arrived so you could go and pick it up. If you forget, then the item is returned back to them and that'll be your loss! What's even more stupid which I had never seen in the history of customer service is that their customer service asked me for my order number, she found it and then emailed it to me and asked me for it again when she had already verified my email anyway!This is by all means a circus show, not a business!

SendGrid, Inc is hosting spammers / fraudsters to send spam emails out that are phishing emails, despite of the fact that these emails are reported to them, but still these emails are being sent out. Reported them to UK Cyber crime agency part of NCA.
