I recently purchased two physical Apple Gift Cards through the Apple Store (Canada), expecting a simple and straightforward transaction. To my surprise, the gift cards were shipped from the United States, not within Canada, and as a result, I was hit with a completely unexpected UPS "disbursement fee" — amounting to nearly one-third the value of the gift cards.I contacted Apple Support expecting they would take accountability for this, but they completely dismissed the issue and placed the blame on UPS. This feels incredibly unfair, especially since the purchase was made through Apple's Canadian site. Why are customers being forced to pay cross-border fees on a domestic order?This experience has been frustrating, and I’m disappointed with Apple’s unwillingness to take responsibility. I expected more from a company of this size and reputation.

Even if the interface of Wordpress is not as intuitive as I would like, there is a lot of great possibilities in the themes offered. After a while, it's really a complete way to make a very nice site, but the help section should be much more user friendly and accompany more the first steps of building the site. In parallele I have big accessibility problem here in Vietnam. Sometime I can't even visualized my site and nearly every day the pictures are missing. Even more embarrassing: I often can't access the user interface to change something or upload a new blog or article in Vietnam. My web brother can't access the server, and it's been a recurrent problem right from the start. It's even more problematic now. So if you are living in Vietnam, unfortunately Wordpress seems not to be a viable solution.

Villa Dorothy, Blanes.10 ladies, all 58 years + returned home villa Dorothy today, very disappointed. Our findings....1. Had to pay extortionate price for bed linen and towels were chargeable as well, this was for booking through VRBO/Club Villamar, yet other booking sites they were included.2. No aircon3. No kettle4. No safe5. No evidence of smoke alarms or fire extinguisher6. No hairdryers7. No instructions for appliance, lights and shutter use, no emergency contact numbers or local information8. Two of the bedrooms have no mirrors9. Not enough sunbeds, only 6 made available for 10 people10. BBQ too dirty to use11. Many doors, cupboards, drawers and handles need attention.12. Not enough hot water13. No mention of the villa being situated at the top of a very steep hill. Mentioning the villa is not at street level is not good enough! Had any member of our party had mobility issues this would have been a major problem!14. Overall the villa is dirty and in need of a deep clean, ie sticky shelves, slimy tiles and dirt and debris under the beds to name a few.In brief; villa Dorothy is basic, tired and dirty, we would not recommend a atay here to anyone. I hope viewers find these comments helpful and the owners do take note.

I made a purchase and within 4 mins I realized that I had purchased them for the wrong night. We wont be flying in until the following night. So I LITERALLY CANT GO!! I called Customer Service3 within 11 mins., takes that long to find a phone number. The ticket had not been transferred yet, and 1 and 1/2 hours later they still haven't. I called customer service, clearly out sourced with someone reading off of a card. She was zero help. She said I could sell them when I receive them, but unless I don't get them tomorrow (the day of the event) I cant sell them. So I may or may not have time to recoop my $900!!! They hold you hostage because you get stuck with them because you don't have them to sell!! Then she hung up on me!! I wasn't cursing or anything I was just asking questions. Seat Geeks fee are INSANE and for that price you get ZERO help. I am a business owner myself and I would be ashamed if one of my clients had that type of experience. Shame on you Seat Geek. Go somewhere else!!!

While I always appreciated the quality and craftmanship of your jewellery, my recent experience left me quite disappointed. After picking up my charm bracelet, I noticed one of the stones was missing. I was disheartened to see it returned in this condition, especially after professional cleaning. I had expected the quality of service would reflect the high standards that Pandora is known for. It was suggested the stone had fallen out into my bag! Needless to say there was no positive outcome and I will not be shopping at Pandora again.

I have forgot about my signature and the renewal was automatically made.I was in shock because dollar is about 6x my currency (reais). So, ISSUU was super expensive for me and I couldn't afford it.I tried to cancel my signature, but was too late. I payed the bill, and asked for help.I was kinldy answered and had all my money back in the next day.

Customer service for Hulu disrespectful refuse to solve the issue at all a Hulu gift card I paid with a Hulu gift card for for the Hulu Disney bundle they they had a glitch and refuse to refund my Hulu fix the issue try to have me use a card credit $25 even though I already used a $25 gift card onto my account even though the glitch was on their side so they want me to pay $25 from my checking account and then supposedly refund me back the 25 after they take it out of my account which does not make any sense cuz they should be able to just put it directly on my account as a credit but they said they couldn't do it that way because it was a gift card which doesn't make sense if you're going to sell them in the store you should honor your gift cards but at least putting the credit back on the Hulu account I'm not asking to have the money back in my checking account I asked him to put the credit back on my Hulu account because of the glitch was refused because I purchased a Hulu gift card and I did not use a banking account card which I think is wrong because not a lot of people have access to using bank cards or credit card that's why some people purchase who gift card your policy should be changed to to fix the issue on Hulu gift card when the glitch is not the your customer's fault when the glitches on Hulu's side the glitch happen on your guys's end and you guys are refusing to compensate I understand it's a gift card but if you're not going to do that then you shouldn't be selling them in store it's wrong and also your Hulu My account app needs to be fixed it has so many issues dates are wrong payment dates or being made for different days and months for example mine was due on December 2nd is when I paid it and I got a shut off on December 12th thing that I owed a dollar and now they're refusing to fix the issue claiming it's because I purchased a gift card so they can't do nothing about it which I think is completely wrong they should be able to credit the account for the mistake that was made on your guys's side service was disrespectful and unhelpful and I will not be using Hulu anymore and a lot of senior citizens aren't able to use bank cards or credit cards but it is easier for them to use the Hulu gift card I think you should fix your Hulu my account app to easier trying to use a gift card on there because it is very difficult and then when you try to get help from customer service they want to put blame the customer and not do their job and I feel sorry for the next customer who has to deal with the same issue who

Wish I could give Amazon minus stars. Recently my account was blocked and when I tried to contact them no emails were being accepted and it was always a generic automated response. Finally found an Australian number and rang tht hoever I believe the reps were from another country(outsourced) and had difficulty understanding rep and she had problems understanding me. I received 2 emails from them the next day informing me that my goods had been dispatched - 4 Nintendo with games of the same title and 5 games for a switch of the same title. I am 64 and dont even know how to use a switch. I rang Amazon Australia 8 times and every time was directed to Amazon US. I had to go through the explanation 8 times. I was told it was my banks issue and I needed to contact them. I cancelled by card and then another email informing me that parcels were delivered. There was a picture of 4 parcels delivered to an apartment in Corona NY and surprise, surprise my billing address but the fraudsters US address. I sent this through to Amazon and again no response. I am now bearing the costs of articles and have got my bank to investigate. Totally disappointed with this business and would not recommend them to anyone. They are frauds and shysters. You are wise not to deal with them and use other websites that have Paypal.

Quickbooks has some of the best customer service out there. I absolutely hate any admin but QB helps me not dread accounting quite as much as I usually would. I also know they take customer feedback very seriously and work on software when they have heard the same improvements wanted from a few customers. So nice to actually feel like your suggestions are being listened to and a company wants to improve as they progress.
