Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service. I bought the items online and picked up in store with no charge, but after I tried them the items are too large for me, I went back to the store again and they refused to take the return. They asked me to pay for shipping to ship back to their warehouse. They won’t take it back, Even when I’m already at their store! Terrible business. I used to love Uniqlo when I lived in Asia but I hate it here, it’s already overpriced (it’s even cheaper to buy it from China or Japan and ship it here by air if you find a third party shipping company), and I will never buy again from the US store.
