Extremely poor experience with website and customer service - I do not recommend doing business with

I don’t know how some of the reviewers got lucky and had a good experience with this horrible company! I tried to order an item my granddaughter wanted on line - their on line site would not take my credit card - nor would it take a second credit card I tried to use. There was no reason either card should not have been accepted. So I called customer service -waited a horribly long time on hold. The person I spoke to said that I had to contact my credit card company. I did. The credit card rep said they had no indication that the payment information was ever submitted to them, so the problem was with the merchant’s website. Called Urban Outfitters back and was told “yeah, they are having trouble with the website - maybe try again later“. I waited 2 days and had the same problem. Sent an email and NEVER got a response. A couple of days later, I tried again but still had this problem so I called to place the order by phone. After waiting on hold for over 15 minutes, I hung up, found a suitable substitute on Amazon and ordered that instead. I then sent an email to the company explaining my experience. I have never heard back from them. This is not a company I will ever do business with and will not be recommending them to anyone!

this was my first time buying from…

this was my first time buying from urban outfitters, i placed an order on december 23rd and received it on the 30th. unfortunately, the item i received was faulty but the customer support was really nice and completely refunded me the money for the article within just a few minutes of contacting them. however, i'd recommend contacting their customer support on twitter if you have any issues since they haven't responded to the e-mail i sent them. i'd definitely recommend buying from them!

MSN Comment section for News Articles

MSN Comment section for News Articles. If you do not comment on the topic the way MSN feels you should comment they will BLOCK AND BAN you. They lean way way far left, if you do not conform to their points of view, you are out of there. I am banned indefinitely with no recourse of action permitted, I was called names by the other commenter, this was allowed by MSN. I shared my thoughts on the news articles, not cursing or calling name and was constantly taking down for community guidelines, They only want far far left to comment no other opinion matters to them. Can a lawyer convince them otherwise? I would sue them if I think I can. Anyone have the answer to that? I could leave feed back to msn and Boy did I, Not so nice word there. It was after I was Banned indefinitely. That was not what I got Banned for this came after I was banned, Thank Connie G

I paid to have two bookcases delivered…

I paid to have two bookcases delivered to my basement. They delivered both bookcases to my porch. We had to stay home for hours while my wife called ikea to get them to come back. We missed an appointment during this experience. I should get a full refund of the $69.00 I paid for delivery.Gail Smith

Advertise scams and they know it

Just like instagram, they advertise scams, I reported one and they said they then took it down as they realised it was a scam,very next day the same advert appeared in my news feed, the exact same as it had my comment on it, they did not remove it even though they said they did, so they new it was a scam and left it anyway as they clearly don't car about allowing scammers scam the people who use there platform

I WOULD GIVE ZERO STARS

I want a refund as per contract and promised but GO PRO customer service DOES NOT WORK . Customer Service is UNREACHEABLE. You can try by phone , they say that they will call back but when they do they simply say that they cannot hear you , the line is bad and they HANG UP. So IMPOLITE and UNPROFESSIONAL. When you try email, they say that you would have to call and the same for FB and social media. They do not work. After trying to contact you via email , phone and social media I reached CCPC (Customer Rights Body in Ireland) and they told me that I would probably need to reach to GO PRO hub in Munich. My guarantee will expiry soon and seems that GO PRO are pushing it to you will not be able to change my camera or help me with. I am trying to contact them since June this year. I bought the camera at the end of October last year I realised that something was weird with teh camera, but I thought that was something related to the settings and I was reading the manual and configurating but it was a problem with the camera components that was heating up the product and making it turn off by itself. Looks like a mechanical problem in the camera. I want my money back as GO PRO products seems to be CRAP and I will fight for my rights.

Camera is pretty ok

Camera is pretty ok, however the bad part is GoPro Cloud, is a joke. You use the cloud to upload all your videos from your trip, but when you want to use it or put it somewhere else, download for edits etc, there is no way to download it properly. You are stuck with 25 files at a time, with no way to track what you downloaded. No connections to FTP, Google Drive or anything else. And it's extremely slow.So, cameras pretty good, but don't use GoPro cloud.Also, their customer service is really bad.

I deleted all the products that I was…

I deleted all the products that I was selling on Ebay as a private seller and I decided to stop everything. They are taking too much % and also from the shipping price that has nothing to do with any product. It is so sad but I don’t wanna lose my products or my money supporting what Ebay is doing now. Also, when I was selling before I got my money immediately through PayPal and now I should wait a few days and send a product to the buyer before I even get paid !? The system goes down and huge changes are happening across the world, we will soon become nothing but slaves to this corrupted system that takes advantage of our hard work,our money and absolutely everything that represents us. We must be united and hold together, I join all of you that quit selling on Ebay and I write this with the hope that something will happen and we will get justice again sometimes,anytime....

Poor service

Poor service. Constant schedule and gate changes. Not allowing enough time for elderly passenger to get to connections. Food was horrible and made my husband sick. No Wi-Fi from NY to Lisbon and spotty on the way back. Rude crew and just a horrible experience.

Biased

It can be quite frustrating when a business is unable to respond to an unfair review. In a specific instance, there was a complaint about the "voice" of one of our employees, which was particularly hurtful. The employee was understandably upset upon seeing the review. I took the initiative to contact Yelp and explained that the employee has a speech impediment, requesting the removal of the review. Unfortunately, Yelp refused, stating that the reviewer is entitled to their opinions.

Absolutely quick response but honestly…

Absolutely quick response but honestly they sussed out my address and tried to charge me twice what was reasonable. They did back down when I thought the five minutes they spend at my house was worth the 3oo$ plus for the job. I will NOT use them again. To be fair, they were delightful people .

Abysmal cancellation procedure

Is anyone from Times Newspapers Ltd actually reading these reviews? Like others, I was appalled by the cancellation process. Having to call, being kept on hold and then given the hard sell is not what I expect from an allegedly reputable company. The sales techniques reminded me of double glazing salesmen from the 80s - "I'll check with my boss, I'm sure we can get you 90% off..." - laughable. I can totally understand that they're desperate to build up and keep their readership but this absolutely isn't the way to do it. By the end of the phone call, if I'd been offered monthly membership for 1p I'd still have cancelled as I was so fed up. Please do better, Times Newspapers Ltd.
