It can be quite frustrating when a business is unable to respond to an unfair review. In a specific instance, there was a complaint about the "voice" of one of our employees, which was particularly hurtful. The employee was understandably upset upon seeing the review. I took the initiative to contact Yelp and explained that the employee has a speech impediment, requesting the removal of the review. Unfortunately, Yelp refused, stating that the reviewer is entitled to their opinions.
