I have a 4 year old refrigerator (model LMXS27626S) that stopped cooling. I contacted LG. They told me that parts and labor would be covered since they extended the warranty to 5 years. I later discovered this was probably due to a class action lawsuit surrounding failing compressors in their refrigerators. The earliest they could have someone out was 15 DAYS later!! I asked if I could get someone locally that might be able to be out sooner that did warranty work for LG. They said sure, and someone local was out the next day to look at it. It of course needs a new compressor and I got charged $99 for the diagnostic. When I contacted LG again to get authorization for the work I was informed this time that labor WOULD NOT be covered, only parts. So I am back to waiting 15 days without a refrigerator for THEIR authorized service provider to come out, who is going to tell me that it needs a new compressor, which I've already been told and that they will have to order and god knows how long that will be. So start to finish it will be probably be 3 weeks to a month without a refrigerator because their "authorized" servicer, which is A&E is so slow to respond to service. So after all is said and done I'll be $99 out of pocket and almost a month to get the refrigerator running again. LG, you got my $2200 this time for the refrigerator but never again and that will be what I tell anyone who is looking for an appliance.

The Worst Shopping Experience of My LifeI purchased a dresser from IKEA in Orlando, FL, and it turned into a nightmare. When the product arrived, several crucial pieces were missing. After contacting customer service, they assured me the missing parts would be sent, but they never showed up. Weeks later, I was told that the parts were unavailable and was left with two terrible choices: either disassemble the dresser I had already spent hours assembling or keep an incomplete, useless product.I had no choice but to take apart the dresser, haul it back to the store, and process a refund. The whole ordeal was exhausting and beyond frustrating. What should have been a simple purchase turned into a time-consuming, stressful experience. The lack of care from customer service and the failure to provide a solution made this the worst product purchase experience I’ve ever had.I expected much better from IKEA, but I’ll definitely think twice before buying from them again.

Finally rid of them. Took quite awhile, and wasn't easy. Couldn't delete the payment method because I had an active computer. Once the machine was deleted, then couldn't remove the payment method because there were active licenses. Finally deleted the licenses and was able to delete the payment method. I saw someone mention below the adjective "faceless". Perfect way to describe this company. One of these cloud-based companies that have pretty much no technical support and work as hard as possible to avoid interaction at all costs with their customers. It's a very common business model, but it doesn't have to be that way, if people would punish these types of companies by witholding their business from them. There is one thing they have done - probably as a reaction to the many people who have complained that they lost their data - now you can "extend" the amount of time your computer can be idle before you lose your data. Hmmm. OK, but for me, too little, way too late.

Be aware with your bank card on Amazon we suffered a glitch that occured with Amazon and they charged our card over $1000 and now a month later we are still fighting to get our money back despite the fact that it was a error on their behalf.Not only have I had over 30 different conversations with the company about the money still owing but they have no option to even communicate directly with the accounts section and all you get is an email telling you they cannot assist you which is mind blowing.We trusted them with our card and they refuse to help us get the money THEY took back! Thankyou Amazon for your email of apology and for keeping our money absolutely disgusting!Oh and thankyou for not abiding by your own rules, charging my card $93 for a pair of shoes I never received and when I requested my refund as your rules state you will not remove money until the item is shipped suddenly the order cannot be found when I can see the transaction on my end.You are a bunch of theives!!!!

It’s clear from the company responses to complaints left on this site, that Wayfair offers words without remedies for all the issues mentioned here. Ultimately, consumers choose to deal with a company based upon excellent customer service and how complaints are addressed. It’s evident that there is zero regard at the highest levels for making sure that the customer has a satisfactory outcome. No wonder CSRs aren’t empowered to turn things around. They’re following directives from the top and the TOP doesn't care. With that being said....here goes another complaint that WON'T see any action taken:I purchased a number of items from Wayfair in the past, all of which arrived without any shipping incident. I ordered a shower curtain on 7/10 of this year and it was supposed to arrive on 7/24; then it was changed to the 7/25. It never arrived. When I called CS they told me that I would have to wait 10 days from the date of the last scan on 7/24 before I could cancel or re-order the item. I called this morning to get a replacement and requested it be sent priority mail. The customer service rep said that wouldn't be a problem and my replacement order would arrive by 8/10. When I got off the phone, the confirmation email I received showed that the delivery date would be 8/24 not 8/10 as I was promised, so essentially the CSR lied to me. I called back and spoke to another CSR and told her I was very disappointed and requested priority shipping from her. I was literally shocked when she told me that I have two options; I can either call FedEx and ask them to prioritize ship it, or I can directly call the manufacturer and ask them to prioritize it for me. I'm sorry but isn't that what Wayfair CSRs are supposed to do, not the customers? Both of those options are completely absurd, so I canceled the order altogether. I would never have this much trouble with Amazon. So, here’s my take away; everything is great with WAYFAIR as long as there’s no problem with a shipment or if something comes damaged, but when you need customer service to intervene, you're left dangling, which is very disappointing. Obviously, Wayfair doesn't value me as a consumer, so I won't be ordering from then anymore. And if anyone compliments any of the many items in my home that I’ve purchased on Wayfair, I’ll be sure to share how unsupportive and underwhelming the company's response was when I required assistance and a resolution that could have, but failed, to turn a negative experience around!

Excellent paint department! Theresa & Jose did amazing after 3 other stores said they did but actually don't offer small pint sized paint samples of specific colors/ they only do quarts. But Theresa whipped out 8 colors pint sized Satin, some indoor/ outdoor as well, in 20 minutes. I wasted almost 2 hours on phone & driving to other stores that don't even offer what I clearly asked for. Thank you Theresa & Jose. You made my day. And they were very friendly!

The customer support is god awful and their security is abysmal.How do you let hackers bypass 2FA to update passwords and email just because they managed to steal a security token? And if someone reports an account stolen using the original email within 5 minutes of the email being swapped, shouldn't that account be suspended while the investigation is ongoing? I don't have any confidence in their company anymore and refuse to create an account outside of an unverified burner one.

I love pinterest don’t get me wrong but the thing is i saved many vedios into one folder and by the new update I can’t even swipe ti the next one. And there are now adds as well. Also the update which i hate the most is me not being able to view my account as how someone else will see it. Please help to make it into much more simple like before. The new updates are actually killing the joy of pinterest.
