After contacting customer service, they assured me the missing parts would be sent, but they never showed up. Weeks later, I was told that the parts were unavailable and was left with two terrible choices: either disassemble the dresser I had already spent hours assembling or keep an incomplete, useless product.I had no choice but to take apart the dresser, haul it back to the store, and process a refund. The whole ordeal was exhausting and beyond frustrating. What should have been a simple purchase turned into a time-consuming, stressful experience. The lack of care from customer service and the failure to provide a solution made this the worst product purchase experience I’ve ever had.I expected much better from IKEA, but I’ll definitely think twice before buying from them again.
