Would give negative starts if I could. Called on the phone a few hours ahead of UFC 249. I had guests on the way and it would not let me log in to my ESPN plus account for an hour, despite using the correct credentials. I had to wait on the line for Almost an hour for them to fix this login issue. Finally after fixing, and after being informed I could use ESPN plus with my iPhone - to - television HDMI adapter, it would not allow me to stream on my TV. They have a technology that prohibits streaming from iPhone adapters, God knows why. So then I had to call all my guests to cancel, and splitting the pay per view 5 ways was canceled as well, so I was stuck with the Entire bill. I called customer service and on three separate occasions these thieves and filthy cretins promised to call me back, and never called me back. Finally I got a decent customer service agent on the line who promised to give me at least a 30$ refund, but later informed me he could only give one free month, which amounts to 4.99$. Did I forget to mention the tax rate was about 13% ?! In addition to the state tax, they charged a federal tax and an entertainment tax. A 65$ event came out to like 74$. Dana White made a big mistake joining forces with these slime balls, ESPN is crooked and fake news now anyways, very gossipy.

I had the worst customer service experience yesterday at the Best Buy Downtown location (Robson-Granville) Canada while trying to purchase a phone. Unfortunately, we encountered an employee named Farnaz, whose lack of professionalism and disregard for customer service was shocking.Despite our preference to speak with someone who speaks Farsi, Farnaz spent nearly three hours chatting, laughing, and eating a sandwich with a single customer who appeared to be her friend. Meanwhile, my time was completely wasted, and my day was ruined. During this time, her colleagues each managed to handle 3-4 customers efficiently, yet no manager seemed to address Farnaz’s behavior seriously.We eventually escalated our frustration to the manager, Freddy, who was patient and helpful in resolving the issue. However, the overall experience left a very negative impression. It’s surprising and disappointing that such poor customer service went unchecked at a store where I have always had positive experiences.I strongly recommend avoiding Farnaz if you visit this location to avoid a similarly frustrating experience. Best Buy is known for excellent customer service, but this interaction was far below expectations.

I signed up for Venmo to pay someone mowing my yard. My bank account was verified and then when I went to make the payment it kept getting declined. I called Venmo several times to find out why. They would only tell me there is a security issue. They admitted that there was nothing wrong with my bank and said the issue was on the Venmo end. However, they could not tell me what the security issue is, and don't even have any knowledge about their own application. Save yourself some time and avoid Venmo.

I’m a big Playstation Gamer since PS3, and so far I have not had any complains. Till recently. I saw a special offer on the PS Store Black Friday sell, Destiny2 Lightfall Expansion. I got it for $19.99. A minute later I saw the same offer but with the Annual Pass included for just one dollar more. So, I asked for a refund for the Lightfall stand alone (got the refund without problems), and purchased the Lightfall + Annual Pass instead. Bear with me… Turned out this one did not work!! I spent several days getting it work, contacted Playstation technical support, Bungie support… you name it. Nobody was able to help. I even deleted and reinstalled the whole game again, renewed the license, rebuild the database… it just didn’t work. Till a feeling told me, give it a shot and purchase the Lightfall stand alone again. Guess what, it worked like a charm. Naturally I’m asking my self, why should I have to buy two offers to make one of them work?? I spend another two days with Playstation support to get a refund on my Lightfall + Annual Pass bundle with explaining them exactly why. Well, they won’t give me a refund. Their policy says that a product already installed and streamed is not qualified for a refund. Makes kind of sense, BUT NOT FOR A PRODUCT WHICH DOESN’T WORK!!! What really gets me, they see my purchase history, plus all my chat history with their technical support, but they still don’t give a “s….”. Now I understand why so many people complain about Playstation Support. Sony, you have a hell of a product with the new Playstation 5. I love it!! But your support SUCKS!! Make it better!!!

I bought all the programs I need from AVG every works normally till the beginning of this year.from january till now if I need to use a program I have to install it , every time I get the opps thing [wel it is emparessing I cannot take any more if you do not have a solution I would like to cancel all my subcriptios.my problem is avg tune-up after install start only one time if I want to check again it does not start so I have to install agai the same problem with driver updater I just renew my subscription but it does not work I need a solution for this problem.
