Almost everything we were told from Google Fi before signing up and when we were paying for their "service" was a lie. Two of us were switching to a flexible plan. We were told over and over again that we could both trade-on our old phones because we both were buying new ones from Fi. Then the website wouldn't let us. We tried a work around but ended up paying the full price for a phone all at once even though we thawed our credit to set up financing. All of this happened because many representatives didn't know what they were talking about and the website basically forced you into it without knowing what you were doing. Then, Fi didn't give us the full trade-in value for the newer phone we gave them, despite it meeting the requirements Fi set. After too much time spent trying to get the remainder of the trade-in credit back, they finally agreed in August 2021 but never applied it to our Fi account. We only got that remaining money back 6 months later after winning a credit card dispute. None of that even begins to describe how frustrating it was that in the middle of Salt Lake City, we barely could ever make outgoing or receive incoming calls or texts in our neighborhood. It was completely inconsistent. We were paying for 5G and literally never got it in the metro area. We were lucky if we got 3 bars on LTE. We missed countless calls from family members and hardly ever got one through to anyone, and when we did, the call would drop. Heaven forbid there ever be an emergency. We even tried to call the police (by making an emergency 911 call without unlocking our new phones--something a cell phone should basically always be able to do) to report a crime in our neighborhood, and the call wouldn't go through. Our data hardly ever worked, so our apps basically were useless. Navigation apps would drop signal in the middle of the freeway. Everything just dropped unpredictably. We spent weeks and weeks waiting for Fi to troubleshoot all of this. They eventually told us we just needed better wifi at home. We have Google Fiber wifi, and it's worked great for almost 5 years. So we finally left, and then they tried to charge us for the instant rebates on our new phones. We won that credit card dispute too. It was a complete and utter disaster from start to finish. Frankly, it's amazing we ever were able to keep a phone call with any Fi service reps on long enough to have any sort of conversation. That's how bad the cellular service was. Not to mention how many reps misled us, lied to us, and didn't help us at all. They would hang up on us, not call us back, not email us back. I've never been so frustrated with any company as I have been with Fi. I would never recommend anyone use them, even if they get recommendations from family and friends to do so. We were treated pretty terribly as customers, and I would never wish that experience on anyone else. It's not worth the chance to maybe save some money.

I have used Fi for several years and have liked their service until . . . my wife lost her cell phone on travel. The phone is in her name and I pay the account. When I tried to call Google support to get the phone locked, I was told SHE had to call. Somehow the account got locked so she had to go through service phone call hell to get the account reactivated. Then tried to lock the phone, but we didn't have the IMEI number and ON and ON.THEN to access the account you have to have your phone so they can send a verification code, but you can't GET the code because the PHONE HAS BEEN LOST.Next step for us is to CANCEL the Fi account and go back to a brick and mortar establishment (likely T-mobile). I have never encountered such a byzantine service system. If you are VERY tech saavy and you travel a lot, then not a bad service. But don't lose your phone and expect any kind of reasonable response to get it locked out and (possibly) replaced.

Ordered from a local restaurant thru a 3rd party app (Beyond Menu) who apparently uses DD to complete their orders. Tipped +15% ($5) and I always tip another $5 in cash when the person drops off. Got a notification about 10mins later that my order had been cancelled, by the driver. This was already disappointing, but then got a call from the restaurant 45mins later asking me when I was picking up my food. As I was unable to do so, the restaurant was stuck with both the food and with refunding my money. In my opinion, the driver owes the very good restaurant (Ramen Station) $32 and both me and the restaurant an apology. I will no longer be using DD as gambling on whether or not I’m getting my food, or the restaurant is getting paid, is an absolutely unacceptable business model. Do better.

The customer service responded very quickly. They were extremely friendly and accurately resolved my issue. Our communication was highly efficient, and I feel inclined to give the customer service representative high praise.

I ordered a race kit. It said in stock. After a week its not sent out. Its virtually impossible to get into contact but when you do you end up with this indian call center who can't do anything but 'create a ticket' to which nobody responds in the first place. It's a pretty scammy approach for a brand that seems reliable. I'd say go for the competition...this is a real shitshow. I'm trying to get my money back and never taking any of their products again. That's my Guarantee to Logitech.
Review of lastpass
This companies lack of support, and lack of sound support routines is making me ask the question:Why is it not allowed to give 0 stars on Trustpilot? I can honestly say, that if LastPass is the very last provider on earth, and you still need a provider, you should still probably think twice...

First of all the size guide for the J.M. Weston loafer was confusing. Size guide saying EU40=US7=UK6. I order this size and when they arrived, the sizing on the shoe box was EU40 but it's UK7 (actually it's J.M. Weston 7D, which is two size larger than EU40). The return process was nothing but challenging, Fedex do not accept online/drop off from anyone without a Fedex account, have to contact Highsnobiety to arrange a pick up remotely. It took me nearly 20 emails and a few days just to sort the return process correctly. The return shipment was received by Highsnobiety 9AM Jan 22, 2023. Till this day, nothing was heard from Highsnobiety whether they have received the item or not. Under my account there was not a single word mentioned the return at all.

They ripped me off when buying a tour. It said it was going to be charged in Canadian dollars. When the charge went through. It was charged in American dollars overcharged by $43. They won't give me my money back even though it says it was Canadian dollars. Don't book with them unless you want to be scammed and take an advantage of.

Review of expressvpn
I spend a few months a year outside the UK and was irritated that I couldn’t access my Uk tv and satellite programmes to watch on my iPad/phone. I was advised to install a VPN on my devices which would bypass the restrictions. It’s been invaluable to me. I’m elderly and not very competent in IT matters but I’ve found ExpressVPN easy to operate. On the odd occasion where I’ve needed help I’ve had a response almost immediately and assistance is available until I’ve resolved the issue.

Review of Google
I returned a faulty Pixel Fold to googles repair center in Poland-21-12-2023, to be told I would have to pay for the repair.Summary Below no parts locally for repair partners so had to send Phone to Google repair center Poland. asked to pay £545+vat to repair Received call from Google California - advised to cancel repair so the phone would be returned to me- so i cancelled the repair Phone returned - photoed condition sent photos to google customer care. told repair would be under warranty, and that the quote for the work was a mistake, that confused me apparently. I was not prepared to send phone to Poland repair center as they were not trustworthy, and was told i had to i wouldn't be able to use the google repair partners in the UK, i don't understand why as i could have originally. regardless of what i did to work with Google Customer Services, they wouldn't work with me,due to this i informed Google Customer Services, i didn't want to work with them to recover the £1449 i am out of pocket. Phone calls from google California with footers referencing Google California, telling me they would build a case against the repair center in Poland. turns out all correspondence from Google California was actually from the repair center in Poland.(leading me to believe i was tricked into cancelling the repair as i was lead to believe, the only way I could prove the phone had warranty repair damage was to get it back to England and send photos to California, when in reality the person who advised me to cancel the repair was in Poland) Following advice from Hana who appeared to be from Google California i sent the phone to Google California. advised it hadn't arrived by Hana, so the Higher Tier advised claim was over I provided proof of signed for delivery from USPS. still no refund.i have a copy of the full email chain available.
