VRBO’s customer service platform is horrendous. It is difficult to navigate and unresponsive. We got absolutely nowhere with the person we spoke with on the phone and have received no acknowledgment of receiving the complaint forms we submitted. They take little to no responsibility for monitoring their rentals. Use Airbnb instead. They immediately responded to and resolved our complaint. It is apparent that as long as VRBO continues to make money, customer service is NOT a priority.

I paid to help increase followers. I’m a musician with a music video. This was rejected for many reasons to protect users except none of it was related to my music video. They said I could go to my balance and refund my payment but the balance says zero and yet my card had been charged. I joined today and regret it. Absolutely they are a con!

This comment is on my buying experience. Things started heading south when the expected delivery dates started to change. Initially the reset was +6-8 weeks later than initially confirmed on the website at time of order. Then every week the expected dates changed. Some pulled in a week or two, then some pushed out 2-6 weeks. More recently, the dates have changed every other day. Two days ago, the expected pickup date was 1-3 weeks out. Then a day later, I get notified to schedule pickup "now". No times compatible with my work schedule were offered, so I did not choose one. I called the office and waited on hold, and waited and waited. One day later they threaten to release my car to someone else and only offer me times at night when it is impossible to inspect the vehicle properly. I confirm an appointment anyway and now they tell me the pickup location has been changed to a different city and county. Why is this experience so unprofessional? Is this typical of Tesla? I realize they are selling everything as fast as they can build them, but customer service seems to be a problem.

First the place was a mess, second there were children running up and down the halls when I went to bed and when I woke up. In between that there was music playing loudly. Now the bill. I was charged a higher rate Saturday that I was Friday. My military discount was applied only one day. Hillside is a dump. I was so embarrassed I brought friends from Boston. Never again. Also I have been trying to reach anyone and everyone in the HIE no answer. Nope not ever again

My order never arrived, it was supposed to arrive within 4 to 5 days. Two weeks later I’m out of money and they are telling me they will investigate, excuses and lies. They took my money and still telling me I have to wait another 5 days. Even though I had an email it was dispatched. Each time you email, someone else is writing the same lies as they are so incompetent and they don’t even offered any compensation for literally stealing from me. If I could I would leave this shitshow -5 stars. Avoid at all cost!!!!!!

‼️ I’m honestly baffled by the positive reviews! At first, square seemed like an interesting, simple, and convenient platform. I received my first payment from a long-time client of my business, and right after that, I got a set of very basic verification questions. They also offered an optional step to upload identity documents, which I did. Everything went smoothly, and within a couple of hours, I received a positive response.A week later, I continued working with my loyal client. After second payment, I suddenly received an email from square stating that they needed to "verify my identity" through their third-party provider, KYC veriff. This request struck me as extremely suspicious—after all, I had already submitted my ID during the initial verification. But fine, I played along. I went through the verification process, and Veriff confirmed my identity with a blue checkmark. Shortly after, square sent me an email confirming they had received my documents and promised a response within two days.Four hours later, they deactivated my account.I immediately refunded my client, withdrew my money, and cut all ties with this platform. The real kicker? Veriff approved my documents, but square didn't. The same documents that were perfectly fine during my first verification were now suddenly unacceptable.This is beyond shady—fraud, bias, hypocrisy, and blatant reputation destruction. Is Square just another scam harvesting data from small businesses? I don’t know, but shareholders should seriously take a look at what’s happening.I absolutely do not recommend using Square. 😡😡😡

Hi I must be doing something wrong I applied with tax advocate in 2022 I lost my job got divorced etc that year ! I owed $8500 in back taxes was not working at the time during this. I was given a case number I applied for hardship because I had no income coming in. Was single mom three kids and my tax advocate would not get back with me. I called him and his manger numerous times left messages got no responses he asked me to fill out a form and write letter about my hardship that was last time we spoke he was based out of the Austin Tx offices ! I would call 2 to 3 times a week over a year the call center would see all the notes and saw he wasn’t responding to their emails as well they even requested to have my case moved over to the Houston office and he would not let my case go they said and I finally gave up I can only call for over year and I got no information back even call reps were speechless on lack of help I got . Also was sent letter by him advised me not to worry that they would not take my refund of $6500 that year at the time I told him I needed that refund money cause my car was about get repo and I was past due on my mortgage they said we they’re gonna hold my refund and it would not off set my balance well the IRS took it My advocate said that he wasn’t sure why they took it and here we are 2025 and I still have not gotten help so now my balance is $3500 and they’re telling me I have to start a whole new case but yet I see stories where people owe so much more money than me I owe that small amount that’s collecting interest they won’t work with me and I’m afraid to file my 2023- 2024 taxes because I desperately need my refund and I was laid off from my job this past October so I am not working and I don’t have the money or the means to pay off this and I desperately need my refund if there’s any help or suggestions out there, please let me know I desperately need it! Thank you
