McAfee is in transition, they will be retiring Total Protection/Live Safe, no timing but have started the process with their new advance/prime/premium products. How they will handle auto-renews is also unknown.They recently removed Parental Controls (silently) from Total Protection except for the 10devices version - Mcafee said it was removed in 2018, but the Mcafee website still lists on their website. The new product is Family Safety which is supposed to be in their new products.Overall their tech support don't understand whats going on - overall if purchasing McAfee products take great care

They keep adding phucked up music to my downloaded songs, got my windows rolled down , causing down the street, listening to my great song download and all of a sudden, some puke ass plucking song added by those dumb pukes in the spotify backroom comes on! Plus all thru my list is their plucking added songs! So phuckkoff spotify !

Don't waste your time with trying "tech support". Call centre sounds like you're using a tin can & string to speak to a distant galaxy. First operator pretended there was no-one on the line, then hung up. 2nd operator wanted me to perform tech somersaults on a basic pay-as-you-go phone. 3rd left a message that neither of us can understand. Then I'm bombarded with emails from "no reply" addresses telling me the matter is cleared. Only in their heads is it cleared.

**I am editing the review that I posted 6 days ago, providing The Economist Customer service with a one-star review. I am now updating my review to five stars. Since the issues described below in my original review, I was contacted by a supervisor who thoroughly reviewed what I experienced, and who did an excellent job correcting their mistakes. I am now very pleased with the customer service I experienced.Original Review:_________ I ordered a print edition of The Economist in December. One month later, I'd received no print edition. Over the course of a long, unhelpful email exchange, the issue was never resolved. Customer service kept "confirming" that I had a digital subscription. I attempted to explain that I never ordered a digital subscription, but they never seemed to understand. I asked that my issue be accelerated to a manger, but it never was. I finally called The Economist, and the in-person customer service was equally unhelpful. I decided to cancel my subscription, then log-back in online and reorder a print edition (hopefully this won't re-generate the same issue). I'm completely baffled by my experience. Perhaps The Economist hires an outside customer service line of business? Whatever the case, it was a disappointing to experience. There's a dramatic chasm between The Economist's journalism, and it's customer service.

I cancelled/transferred domain from DOMAIN.com to another host, but they billed me for 3 domains because I left "Auto0Renew on" when cancelling even though I didn't have any listed domains in my account. I caught the problem and used their chat box to inquire. The agent quickly discovered the same issue and is reversing my charges which will take 5-7 days

They charged me twice for my order, they justified it as pre authorisation and, 20 days later, the 2nd transaction is still pending and not canceled and their only answer is "wait until its canceled, it can take up to 45 days". Terrible service, terrible experience. They should just send my money back.

I am old, so I do not deal with fancy phone apps for directions. Give me written directions, turn by turn, with exit numbers and other details. This used to be Mapquest. This time I gave up without even reaching the "enter your destination" bar, so got NO directions at all. I couldn't navigate through the adds. There was a Get Directions option, but it did nothing. Beyond awful--too bad 0 stars isn't a thing!
