NO Customre service

I travel internationally often. Just had the worst experience with the IHG Intercontinental hotel reservation group. I made a simple reservation for he property in Barcelona, Called back a week later to make another reservation this time in Paris. The agent told me that upon review my reservation in Barcelona she could provide the same room for less money. She then changed my reservation. Surpise I get an email confirmation at a higher rate. I immediately called back and was told she they could not change it and give me back my old rate didn't matter I had written confirmation IHG had canceled that. I ask for a supervisor who opened a case and was told IHG would respond in 24 hours. Two days later I got an email confirming the new higher rate. I called again. Was told IHG would escalate the matter and expect a call within 24 hours. Never got a call. After four more calls and NEVER speaking to anyone in the USA or indeed a supervisor and being told IHG could not resolve the issue they created I was forced to cancel my reservations both in Paris and Spain having invested a total of 7.3 hours on the phone attempting to fix an issue IHG created and NEVER having gotten even the hint of a resolution AVOID this hotel group!!

Julio Vega was my representative. He is a true professional in every sense of the word. He is knowledgeable, very helpful, reliable, and very informative on the clover system. He taught me on how to utilize my clover system to its fullest extent. To this day I still call Julio with questions and issues that come up. I hope your company is aware of how fortunate they are to have him. I did with alot of other companies for my business and I have extremely few representative that I can speak of this way. He is truly an amazing representative! I would not want anyone other than him to every handle my account.

Delivery time was not as was indicated at checkout. None of asos csrs were helpful and they all gave different advice. One even disconnected the chat. Abysmal service.Delivery is 3 weeks plus more from purchase date. Definitely will not make anymore purchases

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!l

Unfortunately, the rating does not start at "0" because that's the service I received after making, three different calls! 🤔 I "was" considering to become a prime member but had a few questions that were not available on their site!! Omg, NIGHTMARE..Customer service, intentionally hung up on me three different times when I said, "I seen a product and had a few questions before I decide." When I did "not" agree to the membership, until my questions were answered...they hung u everytime! I have ordered from Amazon before but I will, "NOT" spend my hard earned money, when I can't ask a simple question!!! There are other companies that are more personable that sell the same as Amazon! I guess they've gotten so big, customer service doesn't matter anymore, well, it does to me! Good riddings. Amazon!!!

They banned me for some reason. I have a 100% rating. I've sent them 2 messages and they have not taken the decency to reply. I have over 3,000 ratings on eBay and StampWants. Never have I had a negative rating. Closing my account and taking my business elsewhere. It's their loss, not mine.Addendum: They finally reinstated my account so I will bump up to 4 stars. Thank you.

***AVOID AT ALL COSTS. PLANES NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE***Delta cancelled our flight due to poor mechanical upkeep of their aircraft. This highlights their maintenance schedule is not fit for purpose. Furthermore we were told to book, hotels, taxis, food etc at 0300, whilst we waited 24 hours for the next flight. Upon submission of claim, delta denied all knowledge of reimbursement. Unbelievably shocking customer service and would never use again

Sales at Nissan of Cool Springs in Franklin is concerned 85% with bilking all it can from it’s customers. At least one sales person lied to me making false promises; when I had signed the papers and proceeded to drive home, I discovered that the car was not equipped as described. When I brought it back, he told me that the equipment I described was available only on costlier models. His cynicism was shocking.And the sales manager stood behind him.I fear that this is good new to you, because yours is a typical too-big-to-exist corporation obsessed solely with more profits and more tens of millions in compensation that in a just society would be felony larceny.Until now, however, I did have confidence in the Cool Springs service department. The technicians are excellent—to the best of the knowledge of a person like me, so bereft of the expertise possessed by those technicians.But the ICC sensor has been a problem. It has been replaced once, and now it must be replaced anew.I was called and informed that the part had been ordered and received at the dealership, but I could not come in because I was due for surgery. Now recovering from that surgery, I was told that no appointment can be made until next Thursday—a week for now.I am still on medical leave and I can take the car in today. Even tomorrow, a Saturday, or Monday.The next available Saturday is not until November!Am I a customer or a serf requesting a favor of a noble in the castle?

Unable to log in

Attracted by the amount of free storage, I tried it a few years ago, when I found it to be unreliable, with missing files, or not syncing.Maybe that has been improved by now, so I tried it again this month. As I no longer knew my password or “recovery key” I was given a temporary account whose files would be deleted after 60 days. I had another go today, when I could not log in. Even though I entered what my browser’s Password Manager had saved, a message said 'Invalid email address or password'. I have given up.UPDATE: Dedveloper has asked for more information. What I posted before says enough: "Even though I entered what my browser’s Password Manager had saved, a message said 'Invalid email address or password'." I've deleted the password now and I'm not going to go through the rigmarole of changing it again. I will now also add that the website pages are very slow to load compared to other apps I use.

Scam Ad Appeared on Daily Mail Website

I was trying to read a news article when I got this overly animated pop up telling me that my antivirus protection had expired, I have 5 dangerous viruses on my computer, and I should take immediate action by giving my information to the scammers who clearly created this ad. It's hard enough to read a news article when it surrounded by so many distracting ads, but throwing a scam in the mix is just too much. Now I'm wondering if any harmful software was run on my computer when I rendered the HTML page.

It’s sad how chipotle has gone downhill…

It’s sad how chipotle has gone downhill since the E. coli outbreak. You would think that they would up their customer service, portion size and invent special deal on certain days just to assure customers to come back to their restaurants. Instead they have gotten crappy service, chincy portion on sm portion of letttuce etc... for the amount you pay it’s not worth going back anymore..When they first came out.. it was the place to go... now it the last place or not to go at all anymore.. too bad. Poor management and corporate office customer service training to sustain more business. So sad!! It’s a matter of time before they go under just like any chain restaurant who has no customer service or knowledge of making customer happy.

Awful communication regarding status of…

Awful communication regarding status of order and location when the tracking number started delivered in the USA when it was to be sent to a Canadian address. I emailed the Canadian customer service email on their email and website which states 24 hrs response time. A week later, nothing. I called the 1866 number only to listen to a recording about Canadian parcels being sent to various US depots which are the transferred across the border. I received my product and am happy with it so far. (thankfully because the return process sounds like a nightmare. Very poor service and communication.

I use Cloudflare to not only manage over 15 domains, but as well as protect my home lab running websites and private projects. The UI is very easy to use, and I would 100% recommend using it for managing your domains, websites, home labs, and for DDoS protection.

Used to be great on my IPhone and IPad, not any more.

Used to be great on my IPhone and IPad, but recently I’ve had to stop using it. Simply because most of googles search results cannot be accessed whilst on vpn as expressvpn won’t access the google ad services page. So I have to turn vpn off to do a web search each time.I’ve reported this more than once but it’s now been like it for months so I’m moving to another platform.
