It’s sad how chipotle has gone downhill since the E. coli outbreak. You would think that they would up their customer service, portion size and invent special deal on certain days just to assure customers to come back to their restaurants. Instead they have gotten crappy service, chincy portion on sm portion of letttuce etc... for the amount you pay it’s not worth going back anymore..When they first came out.. it was the place to go... now it the last place or not to go at all anymore.. too bad. Poor management and corporate office customer service training to sustain more business. So sad!! It’s a matter of time before they go under just like any chain restaurant who has no customer service or knowledge of making customer happy.
