I purchased luggage for my son online and they reversed the shippers address and the billing address so the luggage I ordered for my son in Florida was ordered by me in Ohio. So when I got a text from UPS updating me on my shipment to be deliver 1 week from my UPS notification, I noticed that the shipping address was wrong so I called Macy’s to correct it. Although UPS said the shipment could easily be redirected to my son, instead of me, Macy’s said they cannot change the shipping address and I have to wait to receive the luggage at my address in Ohio, rather than in Florida. So they then said they can’t cancel the order until I received the luggage, and then I can cancel it and return it at my own expense! So I had no choice but to dispute the charge with my credit card company and I’m not sure if the luggage is still coming to me or not. Next time, I’ll just order with Amazon, where it’s seamless and painless. NEVER buy from Macy’s again!
