I've tried every way to cancel the auto renewal and my login details & password to get into my account always seems to be 'incorrect' even though I know they're not. A mail to set a new password never arrives (6 times I've clicked it) and customer support is beyond rubbish. The only option left to me is to ensure my bank account is empty on the day of auto renewal because it's impossible to switch it off. Their software is also rubbish - it constantly blocks each and every site I try to visit, including my own business site. I very quickly disabled their so-called security software and just wrote off the cost. I'll never trust or buy anything from this crowd again.
