I got my Origin banned for contacting EA support. I wanted to ask why Spore doesn't work. I have never even played anything on Origin. Immediately banned, I have got some 200 € worth of games on my account. It is amazing what this company gets away with. They should all be sitting in jail.

Booking.com people are frauds and fostering scammers through your website and all you care about is your commission money. I have been calling them everyday from last several days, sent numerous emails to report that scammers have listed my house on your website without my knowledge/consent and scamming innocent people of their hard earned money. I only come to know about this when I had people who booked their stay presented at my front door and told me about this. Since then I have reported this multiple times and have requested to take the listing off but you are scums who are making money by these illegal activities. I wonder you don't even care and didn't do anything to determine and ensure that the people who are listing the property are even rightful owners!!! They picked up the pictures off the internet from realestate website from few years ago when the house was for sale in the market and fooling people with those. You are irresponsible liars with no duty of care or regard to people's safety (unknown people strangers presenting at my front door). Shame on your whole company.

We have been an ATT customer for over 20 years (back when they Cingular). We recently upgraded our phones with a trade in. We pay for 5 lines. Phones were picked up at an ATT store. The gentleman at the store helped us factory reset the trade-in phones and mail them back in. ATT has denied our trade in stating the phones were not unlocked - They don't know how to do that? Now they want us to pay $60 more every month. We are old - we cant afford that. After spending hours upon hours online, and with phone support, and the store... we are out of luck - they don't care one bit. And since their processes take so long, it is past the return date of the new phones. We are jumping ship to Verizon no matter what it costs. ATT does not care about its customers. Avoid them like the plague.

My 12 year old rugby playing son recently so be £80 on a pair of Rs15 Soft Ground Rugby Boots which after only wearing for 2 hours, 2 studs came loose and lost. Please note that I personally tighten his studs before any match or training.Subsequently I contacted customer support asking if they could at least send replacement studs which they refused to do. Instead they asked for the boots to returned to them and they would quality check them. This would mean my son being without boots for anything up to 4 weeks and therefore likely unable to participate in any matches.Ridiculous that a multi billion company to act this way is deplorable!

I’m a university professor who had to submit seven students to academic honor court for copying exam answers from Chegg. How did I find out? First, the answers were similar or verbatim identical to each other, second, they were absolutely terrible and non-sensical. The answers were so poorly written and in most cases so wrong that I couldn’t award even partial credit. I’m horrified that students pay actual money for this useless and poor service to cheat on exams. It’s literally not worth the 20$ a month and certainly not worth the academic probation when you get caught. Their TOS say that you should do your own work and only use the service for “study help”. So technically it’s not chegg’s fault when students misuse the services but let’s be realistic. The temptation is too great and it’s too easy, but if you copy this information your professors will catch it because the answers are so unhinged and unhelpful.

My wife purchased a Apple Watch online was stolen either by employee or FedEx. The replacement was supposed to come in on 3/18/25 but got a email it was delayed they said we could pick it up in the store got another email that it would be ready for pickup on that same day. I call twice to get updates that was no help.We drove 45 minutes to the store before it closed the store said they didn’t have a order released. Just keep getting the runaround. This will be the last order from Best Buy I’m beginning to think this company is incompetent or thieves!
