My 12 year old rugby playing son recently so be £80 on a pair of Rs15 Soft Ground Rugby Boots which after only wearing for 2 hours, 2 studs came loose and lost. Please note that I personally tighten his studs before any match or training.Subsequently I contacted customer support asking if they could at least send replacement studs which they refused to do. Instead they asked for the boots to returned to them and they would quality check them. This would mean my son being without boots for anything up to 4 weeks and therefore likely unable to participate in any matches.Ridiculous that a multi billion company to act this way is deplorable!
