My wife purchased a Apple Watch online was stolen either by employee or FedEx. The replacement was supposed to come in on 3/18/25 but got a email it was delayed they said we could pick it up in the store got another email that it would be ready for pickup on that same day. I call twice to get updates that was no help.We drove 45 minutes to the store before it closed the store said they didn’t have a order released. Just keep getting the runaround. This will be the last order from Best Buy I’m beginning to think this company is incompetent or thieves!
