Review of getresponse
I use GetResponse for email marketing e-commerce for a few years now. It’s easy to connect and sync with a Shopify store. What I like is the pre- made templates available and I can create my own. Of course the open rate depends on your messages. You have tracking and reports for newsletters. If you need help the support is great. The price is better than other similar tools.

BBC has long lost any semblance of fair reporting. Possibly list since as far back as reversing the footage at Orgreave during the 84-85 miners strike. They now have a programme that even Pravda would be ashamed of as it's moved completely to a propaganda tool.
Review of aweber
I recently joined AWEBER and I have been importing list from Mailchimp. That was no problem at all. I then upload a list which was scrapped from internet. The list was uploaded smoothly I sent a newsletter to the list. I then uploaded 2nd list of emails which was scrapped from internet. The list didn’t go through. I thought there was a technical glitch. I tried again. But still didn’t go through. I tried uploading the same list of emails the next day. The list didn’t go through. There was no error message shown on the screen. 2 days later my account was suspended. When I enquired from AWEBER Helpdesk they told me that I have been uploading - found, purchased, or shared third party leads and those are strictly prohibited in AWeber. I told their FRIENDLY help desk import specialist “IAN R" that I did not know about this policy. And can they re-instate the account and I will be mindful of not using scarped list. Now here starts the WORLD CLASS customer service from IAN R. He told me "We had warned you several times against this practice of taking email addresses off of websites to send them unsolicited email.” I thought he had sent several warning emails to my registered email id. I checked but there was no email from him. Maybe friendly IAN called me. But no calls. So I mailed IAN back and told him, I did not receive SEVERAL email warning mails from you. Then his response was even more creative. He said "The warnings were displayed prominently in the Import History page in your account where you would see the results of an import. This did not require accessing that email address to view the warnings.” And I am wondering where are the warning displayed prominently on import page. Maybe they are hiding in their “Terms and Conditions” links. Poor me I missed to read the T&C.Every company has their terms and conditions, which I totally agree and would like to abide by that if I am using their service. Here are the issues with AWEBER1. They do not show warnings prominently on their import screens. They should clearly display on the screen “We will SUSPEND your account if you import scrapped list.” 2. Even if by mistake customer uploads the list, mail the customer warn the customer. If customer does it again then surely suspend the account. 3. Remove rude customer executives like IAN R. They will just spoil your reputation .I have decided to move to other service provider. Now they are not even giving my data that I have uploaded on AWEBER. Outrageous!

This is a review for wasdale head national trust campsite: beautiful location and great for hiking! The staff are rude and keep changing the prices! And have different views what a green discount means. I booked a tipi, and was told when I arrived that the cost will change (‘that is going to change, you will be charged more’ from what I was previously agreed when I provisionally booked it). It was the staff’s tone and rude manner. They not efficient and charge you a different price from what you agreed before. If you travel by public transport and don’t have a car so therefore can’t drive as you are being ‘green’ you are expected to pay a ridiculous amount to pitch a tent on their campsite. they claim their green discount means you have to walk all the way from your starting destination! If you are using public transport that is ‘green also, as you do not own a vehicle!. Stay here if you want to be in this beautiful part of the Lake District but the staff all disorganised and have zero customer service skills, inefficient and they all say different things about costs, travel, what the term ‘green discount’ means etc! I was given a green discount for a tipi then only to be told when I arrived at the campsite that is going to change. they emailed me with the cost with the green discount long before I arrived, so be be told I have to pay more is not good customer service. There was one staff manner who seemed to know what they were doing and had good customer service skills and was efficient, courteous and polite, all the things you would expect from an organisation.

Repeatedly I’m having orders marked as delivery attempted but unable to gain access yet I’ve been working in the garden and nobody shows up.Then items get delivered a few days later and when they are delivered they are just left by the front door when I’m home and nobody rings or knocks on the door?

I am reviewing the Leonardo royal in ibiza. We have just come back from a two week holiday we booked this hotel as we had already stayed there 5 yrs running all I can say is mostly not good we booked AI and on arrival we was put into the apartments which are for self catering when we walked in the skirting board was falling off the wall the curtains where full of holes to the point you could see through them it smelt of stale food/cooking and was dirty in which to be fair we went to reception and they changed our room into the hotel. We went into the room, there is very limited space for put clothes away/storage there wasn't a bed made up for my son, around the bath was covered in mould/damp we had a shower that was none stop dripping the wash basin hadn't got any hot water. The food in the restaurant was very cold to the point people were putting it in the microwave to warm it up. Pool bar, your not allowed to smoke anymore but used to be allowed but only the British guest was getting told no smoking but others seemed to do what they liked anywhere in around the hotel. You never got a friendly smile from pool bar staff they didn't have a clue how to make a cuppa tea but be careful if getting tea/coffee from pool bar its very hot in a plastic cup its hotter than the food. Snack bar is quite good but food is basic but ok. And the people on reception need to learn how to smile and be plesent especially the check in lady. We have stayed here for 5 yrs now but I'm afraid we won't be going back. No entertainment outside most of entertainment is for the kids, where as before the entertainment was outside plus there was different activities happening all throughout the day and at night entertainment for kids up to 9.00pm then entertainment for the adults but that has changed as well as for updates same wallpaper/paint/bedding and furniture for 5yrs only update is signage and hair hand and body wash in the bathroom. I would class this hotel as a 2star since it's gone down hill since 5 years ago.
