Booked a static caravan through booking.com for 21st june. Have received emails stating everything in place on previous day. Reached the site with family around 6pm. Found the caravan not cleaned, beds not changed, place in a filthy state(wigbay loch view 28). Contacted the owner, advised to stay over in the filthy, smelly caravan and advised you can clean your self. Contacted customer care booking.com they advised the same initially and then agreed will find an alternative stay and call us back in 30 minutes. Wait inside the car nearly for 1hr 30 minutes Contacted booking.com again, this time customer service agent refunded the original booking fee and hanged up the phone on our face.contacted them back again, attended by a female staff she advised you can find an alternative stay your self @10 pm. She said she will call us back in 30 minutes. No call back I have to travel back home from the intended holiday site. No compensation nothing. Lesson learned. Book directly through reputed companies,then there is no issues and good customer service.

I would give 0 starts if I could. Ended my service 6 months ago and had a 40$ credit. They have an obsolete procedure to get it thorugh a physical card. Card got lost twice, then was misused (fraud). Did the fraud form and got lost. And you call and nobody can fix it - or does not want to fix it. A professional company would just put back 40$ on my card and call it a day. They don't

Useless beyond words.I need a simple replacement part for a dishwasher; which I asked them for 4 weeks ago. I am still waiting for them to contact me. I spoke directly to the manufacturer of the machine who placed the order for me on the Otto system.. 2 weeks and still nothing from Otto.This is a part for less then 10€; which probably explains their lack of interest. Otto need to read the dictionary definition of "Customer Service" and inwardly digest and repeat it in their staff training sessions.

No accountability or responsibility..…Kickstarter has taken no accountability for the atrocious behavior by ZERO ZERO robotics and its Hover 2 drone project. This project has dragged on with no communication or updates to its backers (the last one being in July 2020). It's been over two years and backers have still not received the product or responses to the ~3,100 comments logged on the Kickstarter site. Kickstarter has remained silent throughout and done nothing to make ZERO ZERO ROBOTICS do the right with their backers who funded this project in good faith.

One of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. All began when I returned a laptop I have purchased from them, according to Postnl T&T the parcel has been updated to "Delivered" twice once on december and once on january. When the parcel was delivered on december I asked after a week for a refund which they granted me, then to my surprise they contacted me the onset of February saying I should pay them back given the fact they haven't received the parcel from their end. I reached out to their customer support -which is the worst I have ever seen- and told them I have returned the parcel as advised, they replied they didn't receive the parcel back in the warehouse therefore I have to pay back the amount refunded or it will be forwarded to debt collections, I made clear that if anything Bol.com should do is to contact Postnl and start an investigation and me providing the receipt I received when I shipped back the item. As response they told they are not liable for the return parcel (which is against consumer right) and I m the one who should get in touch with postnl to start an investigation to which Postnl per phone refused saying that Im not the sender thus Im not entitled to request an investigation. Bol still refuses till day to cooperate with Postnl ( second "Delivered" status suggests to me that parcel might have been replaced by someone or delivered somewhere else at least) to solve the matter and I'm here now being pressured to pay the hefty sum nearing almost 3k eur or I ll be facing debt collectors. Worst company on the planet. Avoid

I was so excited when song kick told me about an upcoming show from one of my favorite artists. I tapped the " I'm going" button and try to buy tickets. Songkick said they didn't know about tickets yet but that they would contact me when they did. Fast Forward to a week before the show and I realize they still haven't contacted me. Checking their website I get the same message that they don't know about tickets yet. Logging on directly to the venue's website to buy tickets I find that they are sold out. Thanks songkick!

I recently signed up as a photo contributor.Their support system doesn't work. If an expert user replies to a ticket first, you are emailed a link that doesn't work. I reported this problem a week ago, and nothing has been done.The approval flow between the various categories is undocumented and confusing.If a photo is rejected because of a minor issue that is easily corrected, you have to resubmit the whole thing from scratch, as there is no resubmit button.They use AI to check if keywords entered match the photo, but it doesn't 'understand' everything, so if you have a photo of a cat in a cage, it tells you that 'cat' is not relevant to the photo and forces you to remove it. There is no way to override this dumb AI police officer.The payment methods they offer are limited to expensive PayPal (which takes 8% out of all payments from USD to EUR), Payoneer (which requires an annual minimum turnover) and Skrill. Solutions that don't rip off the user are ignored, for example Wise.All in all, a very user-hostile experience, which feels amateurish.

I had a very bad experience today like a driver. I Accepted the ride in a short distance and because of traffic I stayed for 20 min. The passenger didn't show up and my waiting time wasn't paid. Reason: because i came later than 5 minutes. I said: i was in traffic. But lyft doesn't care. I said check my last trip. I stayed already in traffic with a woman. And that guy was just 500 feet from me. It's not my fault that it took 20 min. +5 waiting time and he didn't show up. I accept other man at the same place and we stayed + more 20 minutes to get out from that place. But lyft doesn't care. Bad and poor

Coinbase has frozen my account even though I have provided all necessary info. They have opened a "case" (number 21235305), but over 4 months has passed and I have not received any updates. I have a large amount of money frozen for no good reason and non-existing support. Terrible!
