One of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. All began when I returned a laptop I have purchased from them, according to Postnl T&T the parcel has been updated to "Delivered" twice once on december and once on january. When the parcel was delivered on december I asked after a week for a refund which they granted me, then to my surprise they contacted me the onset of February saying I should pay them back given the fact they haven't received the parcel from their end. I reached out to their customer support -which is the worst I have ever seen- and told them I have returned the parcel as advised, they replied they didn't receive the parcel back in the warehouse therefore I have to pay back the amount refunded or it will be forwarded to debt collections, I made clear that if anything Bol.com should do is to contact Postnl and start an investigation and me providing the receipt I received when I shipped back the item. As response they told they are not liable for the return parcel (which is against consumer right) and I m the one who should get in touch with postnl to start an investigation to which Postnl per phone refused saying that Im not the sender thus Im not entitled to request an investigation. Bol still refuses till day to cooperate with Postnl ( second "Delivered" status suggests to me that parcel might have been replaced by someone or delivered somewhere else at least) to solve the matter and I'm here now being pressured to pay the hefty sum nearing almost 3k eur or I ll be facing debt collectors. Worst company on the planet. Avoid
