We have had a horrible time dealing with them. There is no customer service, unless you want to use their service for your own event. No refund policy, so phone number for ticket buyers. Absolutely the worst inline ticket buying experience. Won't use again.

Got a new phone, asked what new bill would be. Was told only go up $12.00. Was ok with that. Got bill it doubled. Customer service absolutely no help. Talking about activation fee. Which was never told about. Along with other fees the are putting on there. But refuse to credit or make it right..

Nokia Flip Phone 2660: Poor Design and Unnecessary Features

This phone feels like it was designed by someone who designs and uses smartphones. It’s loaded with unnecessary games and a Facebook app, which require an internet connection, even though the phone is meant for basic use. The battery drains quickly and needs recharging every day, despite minimal use. The volume control is on the outside, so it adjusts by accident in your pocket, meaning you could miss a call or hear a loud ring. The slippery design makes it prone to slipping out of your hand, and a non-slip cover would’ve been a smart addition. Also, a marker to tell the top from the bottom, and that it's the right way around in the dark, would’ve been helpful.This phone was a gift, and I'm glad I didn’t purchase it myself. To be honest, in general, the design of feature/dumb phones is quite poor, and I believe this is because the powers that be are trying to push everyone toward buying a smartphone, as the only extra money they’ll make on these feature/dumb phones is from paid games.

El Corte Inglés Viajes (Travel) Sells Junk Insurance

El Corte Inglés Viajes travel agency sold us a cruise insurance that the travel agent claimed would cover any reason to cancel. We fell for it and paid for a cruise on Norwegian Epic to depart last September 6 from Piraeus, Greece. Due to a sudden work complication of my wife three weeks before departure, we were unable to travel and asked Corte Inglés travel to reschedule the cruise. They refused so we contacted the White Horse Insurance that they are resellers of to ask for a refund. That was refused on grounds that the reason must be one of the insured is bed-ridden and under care -- a far cry from the Corte Inglés travel agent telling us that we could cancel and receive a refund for any reason, any time. We have a claim against both registered with the Spanish government insurance regulator. ECI Viajes should be fined and refund our cruise and airline purchase costs, and White Horse (supposedly an EU company but appears to be offshore) should be banned from operating in Spain. I imagine that there are many other complaints registered against them. So, I suggest not buying any form of insurance from El Corte Inglés, travel or whatever type, as they are reselling junk contracts from hustler offshore companies. And yes, we cut up our Corte Inglés cards and shop elsewhere now!

AAA refused to tow

The car stalled and we had to push it home. I called for a tow the next day. I wanted the car taken to my son's mechanic shop which is on the property of his employer. They informed me that they only tow to a reputable licensed auto shop. Now I have to pay for a reputable tow company when I have coverage with AAA. Why do they care where I get my car repaired. I am angry. They did this so they wouldn't have to pay the tow. After being a customer for 5 years I'm done. And I'm telling my family and friends not to waste money with this company.

At the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic, I opened accounts for both my wife and myself so I could pay my vendors and she could collect fees from the students she tutors. My first transaction, the very first day, went fine. My second transaction, the second day, was denied with no explanation given. After resubmitting the payment unsuccessfully several more times and even trying a small "test" payment to my wife's account, I contacted VENMO customer support. After a 30-minute wait on HOLD, the rep told me he did not now why my transaction was denied and could not access that information. End of conversation. I was left in a stupor. Next, I e-mailed Support and explained what had happened on my telephone call. A day later, I got back a response that was almost verbatim to the one the phone rep had given me, as if they are all reading from a script. They don't know why my transactions are being denied and cannot offer any assistance.My checking account has plenty of cash in it to cover the piddly transactions i was trying to make. The account had been authorized by VENMO and, as I said, my first transaction went fine. Venmo insisted they weren't experiencing problems due to COVID-19.So how do you run a business like this and survive even one day?
