Bank connectivity issues

Having used Xero for about a year now, the functionality is great. There is however a major drawback to consider before committing to this platform i.e. bank connectivity. This has been a major frustration and you'll be lucky to get an update on your bank accounts on every 3rd attempt. Careful!

Review of iubenda

The go-to solution for all things GDPR and legal compliance online

I'd been looking for a solution that combines privacy policy and terms & conditions for my site, and I'm so glad I found iubenda. Everything is super easy to adjust and set up so you know you're always covered, especially with all the changes around privacy around the world. I always appreciate a good user experience for any apps or web solutions I use and iubenda doesn't disappoint in any way. The customer service is also exceptional and will go the extra mile for you to help. And that's key for customer experience success and overall customer satisfaction. The only thing I'd love to see is a bit more personalized emails when receiving updates or getting automated replies. The contrast between that and the actual customer support was quite stark. That aside, I can't recommend iubenda enough. It's saved me so much time and headaches trying to sort it all out with other, sub-par solutions. Thank you!

Review of chase

JP Morgan Chase a bad choice for Professional Services Firms.

JP Morgan Chase is a bad choice for a credit card POS provider for a professional services firm. Chase has held on to the credit card payments that clients have made for over a week now. Every time clients pay large bills Chase forces you to provide a copy of all the invoices that relate to the payment that were made. This is an onerous process. I recently changed to CHASE as they were recommended by CFIB. I am very disappointed in this decision as they hold onto your receipts for way to long. I never had this issue with ELAVON. Not once did i have a client payment held back or a days receipts held back because some credit risk person decided that the amount was to high. I am beginning to believe that CHASE might have a liquidity problem. As their actions make absolutely no sense.

Review of tvguide

Thumbs down for new TV Guide app

I agree with all the terrible reviews. Bring the old app back! I want to see shows by the current hour. I want to see a synopsis of the current episode. I don't want extraneous channels. I have an antenna and just want local stations. Listen to your users!!!

I ordered a tapestry

I ordered a tapestry, received it fairly quickly, then hung it on the wall. It looks as good there as it did online. Very satisfied.

Review of macys

They are horrible

They are horrible. I called on Tuesday to cancel an order. It took 3 calls to get a supervisor. She told me that she was cancelling the order. Then she just didn't. Today, they told me that you only have 30 minutes after placing an order to cancel it. The reps are rude and can barely speak English. I will never use their website again. I am going to file a complaint against them with the BBB even though those scammers tried to convince me to just file one on their website.

Review of logitech

Expensive junk

I bought my daughter a $99 slim pro iPad cover for her 6 Gen in April. In June two keys had fallen out. She is a ten year old who takes pride in her things and doesn’t maliciously vandalize them. In under six months three more keys had fallen out. I bought it at Best Buy and they refused to take it back. The lazy manager angered me to the point with his snide comments that I threw it in the trash next to him. I would think an expensive case from a well known brand name would last longer than a couple of months. I will never buy Logitech again. I lost $100 and my valuable time and now I have to find something to replace her birthday gift with. She isn’t happy and neither am I. Thanks Logitech. You lost my business and her future business. My wife and son as well. Happy 2020.

Go else where

Purchased the logi circle 2 camera. Every time I charged it, it wouldn’t connect. Would have to reset for hours for it to just work again. Contacted Logi support, and they just ignore you. Buy a different camera to avoid wasting your money. Only had it about 6 months before it went into the bin.

Review of lenovo

The worst gadgets I ever used

I've bought the pad for my son as a first pad. But from the beginning I understood that ads from Lenovo works better than support or company at all. I personally think that there is no support in Lenovo at all.NO updates neither for my smartphone nor son's pad (both security updates or software like Android or launcher ...) for years! Please NEVER buy any gadgets from this company, you will be disappointed completely.

Review of gumroad

Stay Away!

Stay away. I thought Gumroad would be great way to pay influencers on Instagram and FB with a CC for marketing posts. The advice they gave me was "stop paying people for this stuff". It is clear from the answer from their support team that this is not a company that prioritizes customers. All I did was ask that I had some reason to believe a transaction I made could be not valid given the person I paid was not replying. Their answer was the least professional one I've seen in a while. Someone in their customer support team is really bitter about something, and is taking it on their customers. Happy to provide a screenshot with proof of their interaction with me if any potential customer is thinking on doing business with this company.

Review of cbc

Let’s get some honest reporting about…

Let’s get some honest reporting about how everyone is fed up with the vaccine mandates and passports. We all want to return to a normal life without this economic fallout that is being forced on us. Tragic that CBC is not accurately reporting the truck convoy but trying to make it seem radical and unpopular. It is NOT.
