I have been billed for three years on this. They make canceling so hard - it is very unethical. I just completed the process and it took me over 1.5 hours to get it done. It was the NFL+ package and I never used it. In fact, I did not even know I had it. Had to get the credit card company to put a block on the NFL.

I'll be honest, Mindbody has never been a fun phone call for me as I'm often tossed around between people and there's NEVER a true solution. My last call with Scott was positively different as he was patient, understood what I was asking and eager to find a solution! I was able to ask a lot of questions that I've been holding onto simply trying to avoid Mindbody support. I wish I had a direct number to talk with Scott moving forward because the call was the PRODUCTIVE. Mindbody, you have a lot of work to do, but Scott is a true MVP!! Give Scott a raise!!!

I had a 5% coupon that expired 4/5/2025 and another one that expired 4/6/2025. Both arrived through my notifications. I tried to checkout last night and was not able to do so. I tried today and the 5% coupon did not work. Instead I was given a $40 off coupon but I wanted to apply the 5% off that was a $47 discount. Every penny counts now that everything is so expensive. I called and was told that the coupon that has an expiration of 4/16/2025, actually expired this morning at 00:01 am! that is ridiculous!! if the coupon has an expiration date of 4/16/2025, then it should expired tonight at 12:59pm (4/16/2025). It was a pretty bad experience given that it looks like false advertisement to me.

I am not suprised at the low score of this app. Usings the app is a nightmare. I mean the functionality of it is not to bad once you get used to it but the problem lies with support and its stability. I would be signed in on my phone and in a group I have been invited too. Then I would be locked out of my account taking days to get back in. once I am finally back in I am no longer in the group, all my settings have refreshed like I have to start again and this happened more then once!!
