Battle.net and blizzard as a whole suck so much a$$.They don't often allow refunds when their rubbish product won't even work.If you manage to buy a game off of them which is a stupidly convoluted process they give you a product key and then you have to go through yet another process in order to download the game.I had to create two accounts and install 2 launches to get a game to not even work.Rubbish rubbish rubbish.Why can't they just be more like Steam.You want a game ?Here it is.Buy it.Download it.It works.But no, they are stupid and cash grabby and they don't offer an help at all.

I almost never leave bad reviews/leave reviews in general but I felt the need because if this review can save one other small business friend from wasting hundreds or thousands then it's worth it. It is honestly so messed up that this huge business takes advantage of small businesses the way they do.I have a small local home bakery and am trying to advertise towards the wedding industry more so turned to the knot/wedding wire. I was basically convinced into their lowest rate ($250 a month) by someone who worked for them who told me she had her own small business and advertised with them and it was the "best decision she's ever made." I think looking back she was lying to my face - which is so heartbreaking considering I took a huge leap of faith in saying yes - and the knot ended up taking over $3,000 from me and in return i got NO customers (lots of leads that went nowhere - which were probably fake). they also make you pay for 12 months minimum (because if you book a wedding and your spot on the website gets taken down then the client can't contact you -which doesn't even make sense because you could give them your contact info at any time) which is how you get stuck!Please please please if you are a small business don't get tricked like I did. It's a legit website but they list so many businesses on here that there's almost no chance you will get business, and will waste tons of money and time trying. learn from my mistake- its in your best interest to stay away!

Xiaomi Customer Service is a DISGRACE. They are thieves. They are keeping my property (an electric scooter) and refuse to send it back to me. Dont buy from them. I bought an electric scooter from them a year and a half ago (july 2020). It was faulty from the start and they refuse to change it, despite the fact I brought it to their attention within a month.It broke down 4 times within 10 months, keeping in mind most of the time the country was in lockdown, so I used it not as much as I would in "free circulation" times (and that gives you an idea on the bad quality of product and of customer service).Since beginning june 2021 I asked to send it back for repair for the fourth time, and asked for a replacement which was granted. However they delayed in giving me the means to send them back the scooter, which was finally collected by them end of July 2021 (so basically 2 months delays).I kept calling them to know when they would collect and send a replacement as I was due to move out of the country end of July due to family reasons , which I communicated to them every single time)After countless hour-long calls, the manager Valerie agreed in conjunction with Xiaomi French customer service to send back the replacement to my new adress in Paris, France. She said it on the phone, and didn't acknowledged my emails where I recapped our phone conversation. Since then, the replacement is ready, but they are stubornely telling me they can send the replacement to me, but only at a UK address, despite me having told them I would move out, and that I don't have family nor friends left in UK.So to this day, they have my property, refuse to send it back to me, so basically they sold something to me and are keeping it. That is the definition of a con or a theft.Don't buy from them!

I made a mistake to buy 1 year subscription without even trying their service and I bought 8tb space. When I started using their service, I came across with so many problems. I will write in list1) Slow downloading speed up to 5mbp. My internet speed is 300mbp.2) Uploading speed slow up to 2.4mb. My internet upload speed is 21mbp.3) On their desktop app you can only upload one file. You can't upload multiple files. 4) I almost tried all browsers to upload files. Half way through website is keep refreshing itself. 5)Their customer service very slow. I emailed them I think a month ago about the same issue and I never received email. I hope you work on your problems and make it better. Thanks Abu Bakar

I used to LOVE Duolingo and looked forward to practicing, but the new layout is horrible. I’m also very annoyed with the “match madness” level 3 that is IMPOSSIBLE to complete without spending money, which is absurd considering I already pay for the yearly subscription. It’s just such an obvious money grab. I canceled my renewal and will be looking for another language learning app.

Scam artists! Promoted 2 day shipping for Valentine’s Day. Package won’t arrive until 2/18. What a joke! Customer service says my shoes didn’t apply. (After being told there was no such promo) However PayPal didn’t even process the payment until 2/11. I ordered on 2/9. The promo was for 2/8 and 2/9.

I want to give zero stars. Even with a paid plan, I cannot get any help. According to Zoom, I am not the "Admin" of my own account that I pay for. It won't let me change any settings; I only get a machine when I call. The Chat Bot goes around in circles... It is maddening and makes me feel like nothing but a credit card number. The only thing that Zoom cares about is my credit card!

Please do not order items online. I ordered a large top. Too big sent it back. Ordered Medium and small to see which suze best. Tuesday i got home to a box which I picked up and it was obviously empty so light. Opened it so easily nothing in it no paper, paperwork or clothes!!!! Zara are taking no responsibility liability and will not do a refund. My hard earned money lost

After several calls with several people from Statista (my account manager changed at least 3 times in my year of subscription), they agreed that the info our company is looking for is too "niche" for the platform. Yet, because we were too late in officially cancelling our very expensive and not useful subscription, Statista is now forcing us to keep on paying for an entire year. There's only basic info to be found, we still need to look for data elsewhere as Statista is not updating their stats as advertised, and there's a lack of in-depth stats/data. Customer service has been no help at all with this issue, and as one company's advice to another: we would NEVER force a customer to stay on board for an entire year, fully aware that they are unhappy with the services. This is just really bad, but apparently Statista doesn't care at all if you look at all the bad reviews here. Unforgivable!
