The worst customer service

The worst customer service! I ordered a few Christmas items and 2 $50 gift cards from Macys online. Received the Christmas items but not the gift cards, they were never even shipped. They charged my credit card and will not remove the charge. I just had to report them to the Attorney General Consumer Protection after 3 useless call to customer service and 2 emails. They tell me "our policy is to only price guarantee for 10 days and this has been over 10 days!" Ridiculous! They cant even understand what the problem is! DON'T ORDER FROM MACYS ONLINE, YOU WILL REGRET IT!!!

they stole money from me. i ordered an adapter for my computer, they confirmed the order, but never notified me about picking it up, not UPS or lenovo. then the order apparently sat around until they sent it back, then they did not pay me back the money for the adapter, and now they refuse. their support is awful, only in English and very much made to confuse you. i would absolutely never order from them again or recommend it. i have notified my bank about it and on Monday i will contact the police to ask about my rights and how to handle this. also i ordered the adapter because the one i got with my computer broke like a week after i got it... what a dumpster fire

Do not use this CRM. The user experience is terrible. The integrations are extremely clunky. The UI is confusing and difficult to use. The terms are borderline immoral, and once you have committed, there's no flexibility in change, only to invest more. The evergreen clauses such as auto-renewal are the biggest watch out. If you pass this by a day you have to pay the full amount, even if your team no longer use the platform. DO NOT USE Hubspot!

If I could give a negative 50 stars I absolutely would be happy to! WORST bank I’ve ever dealt with. Processing multiple clearly FRAUDULENT transactions then when I called they said “that’s not our problem” Exactly how is it not? You didn’t contact me in anyway before proceeding with processing!!! $1300 dollars. Not a small $5 but $1300 and that wasn’t a red flag to you?! Will be closing this account immediately following the return of my money in 45 DAYS. Garbage company. Absolutely trash. Save yourself the agony and misery of fighting for YOUR money back for their mistakes.

I purchased two mugs from Anthropologie, intending them to be charming stocking fillers for Christmas. However, the condition of the boxes they arrived in was appalling—completely unsuitable for presentation. Frankly, I’d expect better even from eBay.I had to buy replacement boxes online just to make them giftable. This reflects a lack of pride in their products on Anthropologie’s part.When I reached out to customer service, they requested photos of the packaging, which felt like a pointless hoop to jump through. I asked them to address the issue with their dispatch team instead, but their response was unhelpful and overly rigid. Worse still, they expect pictures to be sent via PC rather than mobile or tablet, making the process unnecessarily inconvenient.This experience has been so frustrating that I won’t be shopping with Anthropologie again. Their lack of empowerment in customer service and disregard for the customer experience is unacceptable.

Influencers platform & Not business platform

LinkedIn doesn’t have the same value anymore. Majority people on here are just treating this platform as a social media instead of business platform & by the looks of it, as long as the money is flowing; LinkedIn Executives don’t care. I can’t believe in 2024 cold calling & emailing are much more effective than LinkedIn.Verify the jobs posted on here because I can apply half the jobs I apply in LinkedIn through Indeed or Reed & I will get responses from companies but LinkedIn is very rare my application is even viewed despite been “top choice”.Recruiters use your platform unprofessionally & “hustlers” have been allowed to run riot. Get back your identify. LinkedIn is just an influencer platform now. SHAME!!

Google Ads account suddenly blocked

I run a YouTube music channel and use Google Ads to promote the channel to get more subscribers. After the first campaign finished, I setup a second campaign and increased the budget. Nothing changed. Suddenly my Google Ads account got suspended and after 3 appeals is permanently blocked. No reason given just "Circumventing Systems policy" which support refuses to explain. Google does not care about customers, does not care to earn money and does not care to explain any issue to a client and work out a way to solve the problem - they just kick you in the face.
