Meta has made their apps in a way that it's users are not only troubled but tortured. Meta's AI has messed up and suspended millions of account. Instagram, Facebook doesn't have a contact method. That means it is close to impossible to talk with a human personnel from meta whom you could tell your problem in hopes of getting it resolved. Meta has all the capacity to host a customer service. But it simply does not, resulting in this disgusting app. Meanwhile,for the reason meta's ai is suspending people's account is justified but accounts who post gore, cp etc is acceptable by meta's ai.

I got banned for NO reason. Obviously they don’t even LOOK into cases. Any team in any game reports you, you’ll probably be temporarily if not permanently banned. You will go through hell and back just trying to get in touch with EA and once you do, useless. The representative I FINALLY got ahold of, hung up in my face. I’m at a loss of words and EXTREMELY upset.

The Met Office is a shamefully mismanaged organisation that gives science a bad name. The presentation of weather information is also deeply flawed. The BBC presenters who attempt to convey the UK forecast (not qualified meteorologists), first waste time telling you what the weather was like a few hours ago (in case you've just risen from a coma), and then tell you what it's like now. The astonishing thing is that they get this second bit so wrong so frequently. A cursory look out of your window is much more reliable. I have heard Tomasz Schafernaker declare that "the thick cloud across the whole of the South East will remain for the rest of the day and into the evening", at the very moment I was applying sun block because of the brilliant sunshine and cloudless skies. This is not an unusual error for these kinds of things happen with high frequency. Even way back in 2012, when rainfall was the heaviest in living memory, when Carol Kirkwood was asked about the weather that was causing mass flooding and forcing people out of their homes, she responded "Oh, no. It's about right for this time of year". As for the BBC weather app - during a weekend of storm force winds with trees coming down and high-sided vehicles being blown off the motorways, the app declared that there was actually light winds and light cloud. It also stated that it had been 'updated' a few moments ago’ throughout the weekend even though it clearly hadn’t. This despite news reports showing the chaotic destruction sweeping across the country. I checked that the app was actually responding. it was. I deleted it and re-installed it but it still said the same thing. I can only assume that maintaining and updating the data that is fed to the app is considered a rubbish job so those responsible just don't bother doing it. After all, if you just type in 'light cloud' and walk away for a nice weekend down the pub then the app will be right most of the time anyway. This wasn’t an isolated incident. The BBC weather app is just awful on a regular basis.So what's the answer? As the sheer, overwhelming number of bad reviews here shows, this is a poor service that is not fit for purpose and that those responsible, whether it be in government or elsewhere simply don't care. There isn't the political will to address such a fundamentally broken entity. I stopped paying attention to the Met Office and the attendant TV and radio reports a while back. I bought a barometer, learned how to read it and use a little common sense. Believe me, my stress levels have dropped and the bitter little disappointments delivered in daily instalments by the Met Office and the BBC have pretty much disappeared. However, I feel for those people for whom accurate weather information is crucial for their livelihood. I actually wrote to the head of the Met Office Rob Varley four years ago to politely ask why the service was encountering such difficulty in accurately forecasting the weather. Unsurprisingly, I got no reply.

I purchased a plastic Mickey Mouse shaped trashcan in early April 2025. This item was never shipped. Their SCAMMER marked item as Delivered April 21, 2025. The SCAMMER gave a shipping number to an item shipped over 2,000 miles away from my location. I've submitted screenshots of delivery that was shipped several states away from me. I've contacted AliExpress Agents on several occasions. They informed that they forward to there Escalation Team for review and i will receive information in 48 hours. Escalation Team sent email with links that state I Cannot Open Dispute. I've received this same email on six occasions. When I submit a copy to AliExpress Agents, the same process repeats: they submitted to Escalation Team and I will hear from them in 48 hours - REPEAT! REPEAT! REPEAT!😤 BUYER BEWARE!!

They are tricking you into getting a free trial, which turns into an Annual subscription if you don't 'cancel properly'. They are not sending any communication via email, so I only found out that I was charged a few months later (1 transaction for 3 invoices). I contacted Customer support who told me in a very rude manner that they will charge another 40 eur for cancellation.

I used Parallels for some Apps that Mac doesn’t support. I was amazed at the ease and quality of the App. I was easily able to use it efficiently and would highly recommend to anyone . I am older and not tech savvy but this was easy breezy. Would definitely use this over other programs. So far so good.

I wasn't happy with my USB External Drive DVD but I couldn't contact HP. Their virtual webchat was useless. I couldn't speak to a real person. I was told I needed to buy a service contract to ring them but the cost was far more than the price of the device. There was no way to send the device back for a refund. It was a horrible experience and I have only given 1 star because i was not able to show less. Do not buy from HP - absolutley aweful customer support.

Been a coinbase customer for years, and on Jan 21 someone hacked my account and bought $10 of TRUMP meme coin in my account and Coinbase charged a 10% ($1) commission. TRUMP meme coin at the time was OVER $40, and as I type this COINBASE is quoting under $30 for TRUMP meme coin. I reported this to COINBASE support and they locked my account and said they will investigate.It's not about the $10, I could care less about that. It's about COINBASE lack of SECURITY! I have 2FA set up to use the Google authenticator app. Someone has figured out how to bypass COINBASE SECURITY and place a trade in my account, that's the issue (not $10).Update March 3, 2025 - It goes from bad to worse. I had a support chat open , and without warning the CSR locks my coinbase account, which also terminated the support chat. I received an email to send a selfie with my DL and a paper which says "For Coinbase Verification" and "After we receive your submission, I'll review it and advise on next steps."I did all that, but nothing and it's been several days. Today I try to login, but it says locked and gives an option to contact support, but you can 't contact support unless you are logged in.If anyone from coinbase is reading these reviews, the email says "Case #22491845".At this point it looks to me like my Coinbase account is permanently locked and there's no way for me to withdraw the contents.
