I purchased a plastic Mickey Mouse shaped trashcan in early April 2025. This item was never shipped. Their SCAMMER marked item as Delivered April 21, 2025. The SCAMMER gave a shipping number to an item shipped over 2,000 miles away from my location. I've submitted screenshots of delivery that was shipped several states away from me. I've contacted AliExpress Agents on several occasions. They informed that they forward to there Escalation Team for review and i will receive information in 48 hours. Escalation Team sent email with links that state I Cannot Open Dispute. I've received this same email on six occasions. When I submit a copy to AliExpress Agents, the same process repeats: they submitted to Escalation Team and I will hear from them in 48 hours - REPEAT! REPEAT! REPEAT!😤 BUYER BEWARE!!
